Tryber Review 2026: Is It Legit? Pros, Cons and My Verdict

Tryber Rating

Tryber is a decent user-testing site. However, it’s not the best one out there. It can serve as a decent secondary site to earn from.

I tested Tryber to see if its paid testing campaigns are worth your time. It is a real crowdtesting site, but campaigns take a lot of time, and several readers report campaigns that were not paid. Below is what I found, and which sites I would pick first.

Partially Tested Last tested

A real testing site, but slow to pay and campaigns take time

Simple campaigns pay around €5 to €10. Payouts take up to 20 days, and several readers report campaigns that were not paid.

The short answer

Tryber is a real crowdtesting site where you earn by testing websites, software and apps, and by finding bugs. Ferpection is now part of Tryber. Simple campaigns pay around €5 to €10, and you can cash out from €3.

But you cannot earn right away, campaigns take a lot of time, and payments take up to 20 days. It does not pay as well as some sites that offer the same opportunity. Several readers who commented on this review also report a campaign that was not paid.

What I like
  • Available more or less worldwide
  • Bank transfer or PayPal from €3
  • Many training courses to improve your testing skills
  • Mobile-friendly website to apply for campaigns quickly
What I don’t like
  • Several readers report completed campaigns that were not paid
  • You cannot start earning immediately
  • Long wait for your earnings, up to 20 days
  • Campaigns take a lot of time to complete
  • Taxes and service fees come off your earnings

My experience with Tryber

I signed up for Tryber, looked at the campaigns, the training course and the payout rules, and made a video about it. This is what I looked at, and what I did not test.

Is Tryber legit and safe?

Tryber is a real platform, and when I tested it, its campaigns offered paid work. But it has real limits, and several readers report problems. Here is what you should know before you join.

  • Several readers report unpaid campaigns

Every reader comment on this review, from 2024 and 2025, reports a payment problem: completed campaigns without the reward, or credit and compensation denied. One reader says support read the message and did not reply after 2 days. I have not been able to confirm this myself.

  • You cannot earn right away

You must complete the Training Course and your profile before you can apply. Then you apply for each campaign and wait for approval. You compete with other testers for a slot, and you will not always be accepted.

  • A long wait and deductions

Payments are processed within 20 days, which is a long wait, in my opinion. Taxes, depending on where you live, and service fees, especially for PayPal, come off your earnings.

  • Campaigns take a lot of time

Most campaigns take a significant amount of time, and you must submit your work before the deadline to get the reward. Most of it needs a laptop or desktop.

My takeTryber is a decent user-testing site, in my opinion, but it is not the best one out there. It does not pay as well as some sites that offer the same opportunity, and it can take up a significant amount of your time. With the reader reports of unpaid campaigns, I suggest you check out the top survey and GPT sites in your country instead. They let you earn right after you sign up.

How you earn on Tryber

There is only one way to earn: testing campaigns that you apply for.

Testing campaignsAround €5 to €10 for simple ones
Testing campaigns on Tryber

You apply for a campaign through the invitation email, or in the member dashboard, where you see the requirements and an “Apply Now” link. Sometimes you answer a survey first to check if you are eligible. Then you wait for approval. If you are denied, you are just not the right person for that job, so keep applying.

Campaigns usually involve reporting bugs in a digital product, uploading commented videos with your impressions, or both. Submit your work before the deadline to be eligible for the reward.

You also earn experience points, depending on your performance. More points raise your chances of invitations and give you access to more complicated campaigns that pay more. Apply as quickly as you can, because you compete with other members for a slot.

How much can you make?

It mostly depends on how many campaigns you complete, and you will not always be accepted. There are a decent number of campaigns at any given time, so you will most likely find a chance to earn once or twice a month, in my opinion.

Simple testing campaigns usually pay around €5 to €10. More complicated ones pay more.

The earning potential is relatively decent, but most campaigns take a significant amount of time, so it is not a very efficient way to earn. The upside is that its many training courses can make you a better tester.

Payout methods and minimum

MethodMinimumSpeed
Direct bank transfer€3Processed within 20 days
PayPal€3Processed within 20 days. Service fees apply.

First complete your tax profile in your profile settings. Then you can request payment once you have earned at least €3. You will not receive the full amount, because taxes, depending on where you live, and service fees, especially for PayPal, come off your earnings.

I like that it offers direct bank transfer. For more sites with this method, see the top sites that pay via direct bank transfer.

Who can join Tryber?

Tryber is available more or less worldwide, but you must be at least 18. You sign up with your Facebook or LinkedIn account, or with your email address. The registration is simple, but you must take the training course before you can earn, so you cannot earn immediately after signing up.

There is no app, but the website is mobile-friendly, which helps you apply for campaigns quickly. Most of the work needs a laptop or desktop, unless you test a mobile app.

  2. Tryber is a scam. They make you work for free and then find all kinds of excuses to deny you any credit or compensation. I’m sure they are breaking all kinds of EU labor laws, but Italy is so corrupt they get away with it.
