CashDay App Review: Legit or Scam? (An Inside Look)

CashDay Rating

CashDay is not an app worth using because of the very low earning potential it offers. It will take a long time before you can earn a decent amount from it.

I tested the CashDay app to see if its surveys and games are worth your time. The rewards are very low, and several readers report payouts and game rewards they did not get. Below is what I found, and which apps I would pick first.

Personally Tested Last tested

Not worth using: very low rewards and few ways to earn

Surveys and games for coins, PayPal from $0.02. Android only, no account, no help section.

Good for you ifYou only want to try a few surveys on Android and do not mind very low rewards.
Skip it ifYou want rewards worth your time, an account you can use on more than one device, or help when something goes wrong.

The short answer

CashDay is not an app worth using. You earn coins for surveys and games, but the rewards are very low, and there are few ways to earn. It takes significant time just to earn $1.

Several readers also report payouts that stayed pending or were denied, and game rewards that were not credited. The app has no Help or FAQ section and no account, so if you uninstall it, your earnings are gone.

What I like
  • Pays through PayPal
  • Very low minimum withdrawal
  • Available more or less worldwide
  • No annoying pop-up ads
What I don’t like
  • Very low rewards
  • Limited earning opportunities
  • No Help or FAQ section in the app
  • Your account is restricted to one device
  • Some readers report pending or denied payouts

My experience with CashDay

I installed CashDay, answered surveys and looked at the games and the payout options. This is what I did myself, and what I did not test.

Is CashDay legit and safe?

You can earn coins on CashDay, but several readers report problems getting their rewards, and support is hard to find. Here is what you should know.

  • Some readers report missing payouts

Readers told me in 2024 and 2025 that PayPal payouts stayed pending, and that a $10 payout was denied. None of the readers who commented wrote that they were paid.

  • Game rewards that are not credited

Readers report reaching game levels without getting the reward, and earnings that stopped after a few games.

  • Your account is tied to one device

CashDay does not ask you to sign in. You cannot use your account on another device, and if you uninstall the app, you lose all your earnings.

  • No help in the app

There is no Help, FAQ or Contact Us page. I had to dig to find the support email on the Google Play page.

  • Very low rewards

Surveys pay around 500 to 2,000 coins, and $1 costs 20,000 coins. Games pay even less.

My takeIn my opinion, CashDay is not an app worth using because of the very low earning potential it offers. It will take a long time before you can earn a decent amount from it.

CashDay pays very little and has few ways to earn. These sites in your country are a better choice.

How you earn on CashDay

There are 2 ways to earn. Games only unlock after your first payout. Tap one to read more.

Paid surveys500 to 2,000 coins
Paid surveys in the CashDay app

Press the Earn button to go to the survey provider. When I tested it, that was BitLabs. The first time, you answer profile questions. Then you see the available surveys.

Each survey starts with qualifying questions. If you qualify, you answer the survey and get coins. The US, UK and Canada get the most surveys. In smaller countries, there are not many.

Playing gamesEven lower

This unlocks after your first payout. Go to Earn, select Games, and install a game. You earn by completing missions, usually reaching a certain level.

Each game pays a set number of coins, so move on to the next game when you finish its missions. When I tested it, there were only four to five games at a time, and some take quite a while to earn from.

How much can you make?

Very little compared to the more popular GPT sites and apps. Surveys pay around 500 to 2,000 coins, depending on your country, and $1 costs 20,000 coins. Games pay even less.

That is why I consider its earning potential very low. You will have to invest significant time just to earn $1.

PayPal withdrawals and coin rates

WithdrawalCoins neededNotes
$0.02600The minimum
$120,000The best value for your coins
$10160,000The maximum. Costs more coins per dollar.

PayPal is the only payout option. The coin rate is odd: $10 costs 160,000 coins instead of 100,000. To get the most from your coins, withdraw $1 each time. For apps that reliably pay through PayPal, see the top sites that pay via PayPal.

What readers told me

This review has 15 comments since 2024: 8 from readers and 7 replies from me. These are the two things readers ask about most.

Game rewards not credited3 comments

Readers reached game levels without getting the reward, could not see their level, or stopped earning after a few games.

Payouts pending or denied2 comments

One reader waited on two PayPal payouts, another had a $10 payout denied.

“I have been playing number match for about 7 days now and have reached level 71. Yet I have not been credited for reaching goals like level 50 or 60.”

Reader, March 2025
Mikael: You need to contact their support about this. But as I explain in the review above, it is not an app worth it, in my opinion.

“I have been waiting on 2 pay out 1 us from Oct 12 and the other is the 17.”

Reader, October 2024
Mikael: …you need to contact their support. But as I explain in the review above, it is not an app I really recommend.

  1. I am playing Arrow Crosswords. You are rewarded by level, but how do you know what level you’re on?

    • You should be able to see that inside the app. But as mention in the review above, it is not really an app I recommend as there are many better options, in my opinion.

    • You just need to find your wallet address for the crypto you want to transfer on Binance and then use that to transfer from Payeer. If you need more help, you can ask Payeer’s support.

  4. There seems to be a limit on game usage.
I ean several games to get points. I went on to install couple more games and no points.
I wonder if they have a “excessive earnings” cooldown lol. But these apps does have restrictions. Before they were against camping the games. But if it counts to the earnings, it benefits them.
Camping games and why have to actually play them. If the game is in use, it counts.
And they realized they were losing on players and allowed camping in which people would be happy to do and that gets them 3 times the amount of people.

If you can, Id like to know if they have a cooldown for excessive earnings.
I went from game to game. Such as 1min, 2mins, and ill check it and stop it at 10-15 mins and go on to the next game.
Im thinking they do have an excessive earnings codown. Still. Why? The more we try to earh fast, the more that benefits them.
More people camps for the points vs none.
Due to 10mins and 11mins and it detects those earnings are being “getting around the longer minutes”
The thing is, it doesnt make sense.
1min, 2mins, and up to what? 18? Thats give or take. 180 minutes. For 20k coins.
    As the 2x special.

When we can stop at 10mins on each game and get the same amoint of the total.

So im thinking for that 2x special. They must have an excessive earnings cooldown.

  5. Found your blog about 2 weeks ago and I have to say its the best site I’ve come across when it comes to reviews and awareness. You do a pretty good job.

As someone from Kenya (east Africa) most of these sites have little to no earning opportunity for someone who is looking for online earning opportunities.

With your knowledge, could you please advise on other alternative methods for people who are limited by geographical area.
