Is HeyCash legit and safe?
Yes, HeyCash is legit, because it does pay you. I have withdrawn from it several times. But being legit does not automatically mean it is worth your time. Here is what you should know.
- You will not qualify for every survey
You first answer qualifying questions. Sometimes it can take a bit of time to find a survey you qualify for. Not qualifying is part of taking surveys, and it happens to everyone.
- Expect a verification before you are paid
Readers asked about phone verification before a withdrawal. More or less all free earning platforms ask for verification before they pay you, to avoid fraud. If the phone verification does not work for you, contact HeyCash support.
- Some game missions ask you to buy something
The missions that pay the most often ask for an in-game purchase. Do the calculations before you buy anything, and only do it for a game you plan to keep playing.
- Thresholds and payout methods differ per country
The exact rewards depend on the country you live in. Some payout methods start at $1, but readers in some countries see a $5 threshold for every method. The first cashout can also be higher than usual.

My takeIn my opinion, HeyCash is a great site to earn extra cash. It offers a convenient payment method like PayPal, it has a low payout threshold, and once you redeem, the payout will be processed more or less immediately. So, you can earn a decent amount quickly from it, which is what you want from a GPT site like this.
How you earn on HeyCash

When you log in to the member dashboard, you immediately see all the surveys you can answer. Pick one, answer the qualifying questions, and if you qualify, you answer the actual survey and get the promised reward. If you do not qualify, move on to the next survey.
There are a decent number of surveys available at any given time, so you can most likely earn on a regular basis. How many depends on your country and your profile, so complete the profile survey as thoroughly as possible.
GamesMissions, takes time
Select your device (Android, iOS or PC) and pick a featured game. I recommend your phone, because there are more games to choose from. Install the game, then open it from the HeyCash app, so HeyCash can track your progress.
Each game has missions, most often reaching a certain level. Some missions ask for an in-game purchase. Those pay the most, and some can be worth it. I sometimes do them when I like the game and plan to play it longer, but do the calculations first. Games take a bit of time, so only do them if you have the time to play.
Referral program10% commission
Share your referral link or code. When someone signs up with it, they become your referral. You get a 10% commission every time your referral earns from paid surveys. Only invite people who are really interested in earning from HeyCash.
Daily leaderboard contestPrizes, not guaranteed
Be among the top earners of the day to win additional rewards. You unlock the contest once you have earned at least 5,000 points. The prize pool varies from day to day.
Streak bonusUp to 10,000 points
Reach a 7-day streak of earning 1,000 points per day, and you can win up to 10,000 points. Winning the top prize is highly unlikely, but it is a nice bonus for being an active member.
How much can you make?
It mostly depends on how many surveys and paid offers you complete. There are a decent number of surveys, so you can earn regularly from them.
I cannot give an exact value per survey, because it depends on the country you live in. Some countries pay more than others. This is how survey sites work in general. Choose the surveys you complete carefully: some pay nicely and others pay very little.
Overall, I would say its earning potential is quite decent. It is extra money on the side, not a living. You can earn a decent amount if you are patient enough.

Well a couple from a few months back I just deleted because they never replied but I finished a survey the other day and have the screenshot of the completed page and says thanks for completing and then went straight to screened out, happened 2 times but could only get copy of one because it goes so fast and off the screen, but 9 surveys in a row screened out which happening more and more there but it was the end of the weekend so will try again this week. But to sum it up, this is not the first time that they receive the data and then screen out, after saying completed. I deal with screenouts fine its when you COMPLETE the study and then do not award you that is very frustrating. Like I said I have not pressed the issue, only sending one ticket and they have not replied to any tickets I have sent. I need to keep a better record I guess but I do not write down every survey I take like points, time, etc. as I do several a day on all different sites. If you know a better way to contact please share. I didnt want to go to Survey Police and or Trust Pilot and give a bad review without giving them time to respond outta respect. Thanks Mikael

I have sent 3 or 4 support tickets in the past few months and have not received not one replay.

In my country (Romania) the threshold is 5 $. They probably thought it will be way too easy to get a 1 $ and they probably need more activity in their app … I assume this could be the reason..

Is any verification for payment needed?
More or less all free earning platforms will ask for verification before they pay you. They have to do this to avoid fraud. So if you do not want to verify your identity, you should honestly not expect to be able to earn from these platforms.
Earn? In your review you see a survey of 10-15 min earning you a whopping 290 points. That’s 0.29 USD. So your paid a bit more than 1 USD/h. Selling your privacy and marketing data for this tiny amount is not a good deal, it’s really scandalous, certainly when at some moments they say completed and then don’t even award the meals points!
As I always explain, you should make sure to choose the surveys you complete carefully. Some pay nicely and others pay very little. Also, how much you can earn depends a lot on your country and your profile.
But overall, as I always say, you should not expect to make a living from paid surveys. It is for some extra money on the side, and if you choose the right survey sites, it can give some nice extra money every month, and it is one of the easiest ways to make some extra money online, as you can start earning right away and completely for free. But you need to do it with the right expectations, and I always try to be transparent and explain exactly what to expect in all of my reviews, and then people can decide based on that what is right for them.

There is no way to qualify for all surveys. Not qualifying for surveys is a part of taking surveys and it happens all the time for everyone. But there are some things you can do to optimize your chances of qualifying. I have an article about it here.
