PaidViewpoint Review 2026: Is It Legit? My Tested Results and Payment Proof

PaidViewpoint Rating

PaidViewpoint has the unique feature that you always qualify for the surveys offered and is a great paid survey site. But it will only be worth joining if you live in English-Speaking countries.

I have been a PaidViewpoint member for years and have been paid by it many times. Below is my payment proof, how the Trait Score works, how the payouts work, and why it is only worth it in a few countries.

The short answer

PaidViewpoint is legit, and it does pay. I have been paid by it many times myself, and I show my payment proof in my video.

It has a feature very few survey sites have: you will never be offered a survey you do not qualify for. But there are not many surveys, and it is only really worth joining if you live in the US, Canada, the UK or Australia.

What I like
  • Very user-friendly and easy to use
  • Pays out through PayPal
  • Good rewards in relation to time spent
  • You always qualify for the surveys you are offered
  • Surveys are quick to answer and interesting
  • Rewards honest and consistent answers (the Trait Score system)
What I don’t like
  • Not very many daily opportunities
  • Few surveys outside the US, Canada, the UK and Australia
  • The first cashout needs $15
  • PayPal is the only payout method when you first join

My experience with PaidViewpoint

I have tested PaidViewpoint thoroughly and have been a member for years. This is what I did myself, and what I did not test.

Is PaidViewpoint legit and safe?

Yes, PaidViewpoint is legit. It is free to join, and I have been paid by it many times. But it is not a good option for everyone. Here is what you should know.

  • Few surveys outside four countries

Most surveys are for people in the US, Canada, the UK and, to some extent, Australia. In the rest of the world, a survey is very rare, and it might take you years to reach the payout threshold.

  • Not many daily opportunities

Because it only has surveys of high quality, there are not as many as on many other survey sites. Some days, there is only a Trait Score survey.

  • Verify your PayPal and phone

You need a verified PayPal account to get your earnings out. Readers also mention that PaidViewpoint asks for a phone number and an address. Almost all earning platforms ask for this to avoid fraud.

  • The threshold can go back up

The threshold drops to $10 and then $5 after your first cashouts. PaidViewpoint reserves the right to raise it back to $15 for any member, at any time.

  • Never use a VPN

Faking your country with a VPN is fraud. It is just a matter of time before a site detects it and bans you.

My takeIn general, I am very positive about PaidViewpoint. It is the only survey site I have seen with a system like the Trait Score, and I really like that you will only be offered surveys you can finish and get paid for. More survey sites could learn from this. I definitely recommend you join PaidViewpoint if you live in the US, Canada, the UK or Australia.

How you earn on PaidViewpoint

There are 3 ways to earn. Regular surveys are the main one. Tap one to read more.

PaidViewpoint surveysMain earner
PaidViewpoint surveys dashboard

The main way to make money is regular surveys. Once you log in, you see on the dashboard if you have any surveys available.

You will never be offered a survey you do not qualify for. So when you get a survey, you know you can complete it and get paid for it. This is a feature I really appreciate.

The surveys are quite short, usually multiple-choice questions. Log in regularly to check for new ones, or turn on email notifications in your account settings.

Trait Score surveysA few cents a day
My PaidViewpoint Trait Score

There is at least one Trait Score survey every day, sometimes two. It pays a few cents and takes only 1–2 minutes. You are not told by email when one is available.

These surveys test how consistent and honest your answers are, and help PaidViewpoint get to know your interests and traits. They give you Trait Score points.

When you reach 9,000 points, you become a trusted survey taker, and you get more surveys and higher rewards. It took me about 3 months. In the long run, it is definitely worth the 1–2 minutes a day.

Referral program20%, up to $25 each
PaidViewpoint referral program

You get 20% of whatever the people you invite earn, up to $25 per person. PaidViewpoint pays this, not the person you invite.

You do not get $25 just for inviting someone. You only earn when they actually take surveys.

Click to Check Out PaidViewpoint for Yourself

How much can you make?

The surveys pay pretty well for the time compared to many other survey sites. Most take around 5 minutes. What each one pays depends on the survey and on your Trait Score.

But PaidViewpoint has few ways to earn and not as many surveys as many other sites, so it is not the site with the best earning opportunities. Online reward portals like Swagbucks have more daily opportunities.

Paid surveys will not make you rich or give you a full-time income, but they can give you some nice extra spending money.

Payout methods, minimums and speed

MethodMinimumSpeed
PayPal (verified account)$15 the first time, $10 the second time, then $5In your PayPal account within 2–3 days
Gift cardsAfter your first cashout, in some countries onlyNot tested by me

You earn dollars, not points, and you see them in your account right away. You can cash out as soon as you reach the threshold, or leave the money in your account until you have more.

PaidViewpoint reserves the right to raise the threshold back to $15 for any member, at any time, for any or no reason.

Is PaidViewpoint worth it in your country?

You can sign up for PaidViewpoint anywhere, but most surveys are for the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. Pick your country to see where PaidViewpoint stands on my list of the best sites there.

  1. I’ve been on it for over a year (based in Brisbane) and only just reached the $15 payout threshold. For whatever reason I have had very limited surveys in that time – maybe 4 over the entire period, everything else was trait surveys.

Prolific is significantly better – I made $80 yesterday alone mostly from AI testing.

          • Well, I never support committing fraud. You hurt a lot of people and businesses by doing this, and you are basically stealing from the site owners and this can not be justified for any reason, in my opinion. I am a small business owner myself and know how fraud can affect you business.
Also, it is just a matter of time before they will likely detect it and ban you.
There are plenty of ways to make money honestly online without stealing from others, and that is only what I support and teach.

  3. I this is first and ONLY survey website asked for mobile number!!!!!

I have used 10 survey websites from your list but all are asking email ID ONLY.

I think email ID is sufficient for verification.

    Don’t you think?

    • A fake email is easy to create and basically all sites will ask for more than just an email address. If they did not do that, scammers would constantly target them.

    • More or less all free earning platforms will ask for verification before they pay you. They have to do this to avoid fraud. So if you do not want to verify your identity, you should honestly not expect to be able to earn from these platforms.

    • You get blocked because you are committing fraud.

Using VPN on survey and Get-Paid-To sites is fraud and you hurt a lot of people and businesses by doing this. Also, most sites have strict security so they will find out when you use VPN and they will block you and you will lose your earnings. So if you want to use these sites, you have to do it honestly and stick to sites that are available in your country.

  9. Hello!

(I apologize in advance if this is repetitive from previous commenter)

I’m a US resident, and I’ve been using PaidViewpoint for about ~10 months now, and it’s the only site I truly feel comfortable with.
I had joined several others over the years (Swagbucks, InstaGC, SurveyMonkey, and others), but I stopped each only after a few weeks.

The main reason is, unlike PaidVP, many sites involve taking surveys in other websites (such as PeanutLabs). Some even go through two or even three sites to actually take the survey. I prefer to have all of the surveys taken in the website itself. Does that make sense?

I’m also not interested in offers (whether product testing or buying products and getting money in return). I would be okay with doing (micro?) tasks as long as it is done on the survey site itself, not opening into a 3rd party site. I’m also partial to tiny daily rewards (such as the Inboxdollars “PaidEmails” function)

So I was wondering if you have any suggestions for something that can meet my very stubborn criteria (haha).
    1) Surveys are done on the site itself, not a third-party site
    2) Simple layout (site isn’t crowded with a dozen different categories to earn money)
    3) Ability to earn tiny rewards with very simple actions (a click or two)
    4) I believe PaidVP is the only site where you don’t get screened out of surveys, but I was wondering if there was a site that at least minimizes that risk.

    Thank you so much!

    Reply
    • PaidViewpoint is quite unique in many ways.

Based on your criteria, I have a few suggestions for sites you might enjoy. Have you tried Toluna, YouGov, and LifePoints Panel?

All of these sites have their own surveys and do not have all kinds of distractions other than surveys. YouGov and Toluna even have their own apps which makes it very easy to take the surveys.

On these sites, you will still sometimes not qualify for the surveys. PaidVP is the only one that guarantees this will never happen. But in my experience, you qualify more often than not on these sites and they also have more surveys available than PaidVP sp overall the earning opportunities are better.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

But on there site while registration it shows enter activation bonus code. It is said to be that through activation bonus code you can get more surveys. Please check once and let me know.

        • Sorry for the late reply but I wanted to get in contact with PaidViewpoint to make sure.

The activation code will NOT give you access to more surveys. It is a promotional code they use once in a while to give people a tiny joining bonus when they join when they run certain campaigns. But it will NOT affect how many surveys you get after you join.

And you can easily join without one since they do not always have campaigns like this.

          I hope this clarifies it.

          • Thanks for your reply.

Do you know any surveys that guarantees you will always qualify or which can pay even if we don’t qualify?

          • PaidViewpoint is unique in the way you know you will always qualify. I have not yet found others that guarantee it the same way. PointClub does give some points if you do not qualify though and in most cases, Toluna also gives a few points if you do not qualify.

            Hope this helps.

  10. Just joined based on your recommendation.
Even though I live in South Africa it is always useful for me to have another site for extra surveys, even if there are fewer surveys.
what I like about the this site so far is that the give you a monetary value for the surveys rather that points. this makes it easier to see you earnings. There is also an option to download the information they have about you.

  11. Hello I just registered with PaidViewpoint, it has been about a week now and wanted to know when entering your phone number to verify cash out from Paypal, must the phone number you enter be a cell phone number? I have a cell phone but entered my landline phone number by mistake, would that be a problem when it is time to verify my phone number to cash out or does it not matter the phone number entered is a cell phone or landline phone number?

    Thank you,

  13. I live in the USA and have been a member of PaidViewpoint for 3 years. I was also a member of their sister survey site, Instant Cash Sweepstakes (ICS), for 3 years until they shut that one down at the end of January 2017. I was on both sites almost daily, answering surveys honestly. I have a regular job, so it was some extra money for me. I made more money on ICS than on PaidViewpoint and was disappointed when they shut ICS down. ICS was very straightforward with their members giving us plenty of notice about when they would shut down, so that members could cash out before the shut down date. While I was a member of ICS, I joined PaidViewpoint by clicking on a link on ICS’s website and remained with PaidViewpoint when ICS shut down. I received surveys very frequently, usually every few days until May 2017. In the past 3 years, each time I reached $15, the amount you need to earn to cash out, they always came through. I have to give them that much credit, they DID pay. Then at the end of May 2017 the surveys just stopped. I leave the site open and refresh the screen daily to see if a new survey shows up. For a few days in August, I received a few surveys, but nothing since then. I currently have $14.73 and beginning to wonder if they stopped sending surveys because they don’t have the money to pay and wonder if this site will shut down soon too.

    • Hi Cristina,

Thank you very much for sharing your experiences.

I have not heard any info about anything like that regarding PaidViewpoint, so do not know why you have suddenly stopped receiving surveys. It does sound a bit strange. But in my experience, PaidViewpoint is a very honest site, and it also has a responsive support, so I would suggest to write them and ask. Maybe there is a reason they have a period with less surveys for you, and worth checking it out with them directly.

A way you can still keep earning a bit every day even though you do not get many surveys is to use the Traitscore surveys. There should be at least one available a day. They do not pay a lot, but since you are so close to reaching the payout limit, it can be a way to get to it fairly quickly no matter what.

If you get in contact with the PaidViewpoint support, feel free to update here about any info, as it is great to know. Thanks.

      All the best,

  14. I am interested in this PaidViewpoint survey site. Because I think, it is unique site after reading. I haven’t done any survey. But I have read about other survey sites before. However, all of survey sites pay a few cents for a few minutes. I think it’s worth for a person who want to get pocket money. For me, if I will get some pocket money every month, I will be happy. But unfortunately, I don’t live in the countries where there are frequent surveys. Thanks for this information.

  15. Mikael, this is a great review on Paid Viewpoint, you stated that it’s not a scam because they provide a legitimate opportunity for someone to earn extra money. However, Paid Viewpoint will not be a great fit for someone who is serious about creating a profitable online business that will allow them to earn enough money to quit their job. I’m not a fan of this type of program because it seems like a waste of time.

    Reply
    • Thanks for your comment. You are quite right that PaidViewpoint (or any other survey site for that matter) will not earn you enough to quit your job. But not everyone wanting to make a bit extra online are doing it to quit their job. And if it is just to make some extra money on the side without having to make any investment and without having to do any training, paid surveys can be a great way. It all depends on the goal and our motivation.

      All the best,

  16. Hi Mikael,
have you actually cashed out from paidviewpoint yet? I have tried a few of these survey websites and most surveys I don’t get qualified. Maybe it’s good for teenagers or people who have a lot of time to waste, not good for people who want to make real money online! But just out of curiosity I watched the demo on the site and it looks interesting. I’m going to sign up under your link and have a look around.

    • Hi Kent,

At some surveys sites it is more difficult to qualify for a survey than others. And some takes a bit of patience to find the surveys you qualify for – it depends where you live, age, and very much also on the site you sing up for. But one of the great things about PaidViewpoint is that you will not be offered a survey you do not qualify for. Once you have been offered a survey, you will get paid for it. Many other survey sites could learn from this. And it also has the small daily trait score surveys that everybody can do every day. Unfortunately for me, it does not offer that many surveys in the part of the world where I live (Scandinavia), so for me it takes a long time to get the payout and are just getting close to it now. So for me, it is not the best way to earn from surveys based on where I live, and I use and make a lot more on some of the other sites in my top 10 list. Other than that, it PaidViewpoint is a really great and easy to use site, and also takes a short time to do the surveys it has compared to other sites. So for people that live in a country where they offer more regular surveys, this would be a great site to use.

In general, I do not think survey sites are a waste of time. But they can be, if you do not find the right sites for you depending on where you live etc. They can be a nice and easy way to make a bit of extra pocket money without any investment. But if you are looking for a way to make a living online, paid surveys are not the way, but for people that just want a bit of extra money, it can be a great way.

  17. I have been skeptical about survey sites for some time. I have tried a few along the way and found most of the time surveys are not available where I am and if i did get get one they took too long to complete. PaidViewPoint sounds a little different and I like the low payout threshold of only $15. Maybe finally there is a survey site that is worth looking at again. Cheers!

    • Glad to hear you found my review useful Mark. It can be quite different which sites offer frequent surveys depending on the country you live in. PaidViewpoint can definitely be a good site, but also here, it depends where in the world you live. In Scandinavian, PaidViewpoint does not give you a lot of surveys in my experience, but in the US and many other parts of the world there are more frequent surveys.

As PaidViewpoint is easy to navigate on and as there are not too many distractive options, I think it is a great survey site for beginners. Their surveys are usually also pretty short and the Trait Score can almost be like a game, that can keep you motivated:-)

Good luck, if you decide to give it a try, and let me know if any more questions come up.
