I signed up for OpinionNow, completed the profile survey and looked for surveys to see if it is worth your time. It is legit and pays well per survey, but there are not many surveys. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.
Legit and pays well per survey, but too few surveys
Up to 3,000 credits (£5) for a 30-minute survey. PayPal and gift cards. Only in certain countries.

The short answer
OpinionNow is legit. You can really earn from the surveys it offers. It is not a bad survey site, but it is not that good either.
It pays well per survey, and you can cash out through PayPal. But there are not many surveys, so it is hard to earn regularly from it. It can be a secondary site. It is not your best option for a regular source of extra cash.
- Pays well per survey
- Pays through PayPal and gift cards
- 500 credits for the profile survey
- An iOS app with all the features of the website
- Limited earning opportunities
- The website looks a bit outdated
- It does not tell you what a credit is worth
- Credits expire after two years
- No Android app

Is OpinionNow legit and safe?
Yes, OpinionNow is legit, because you can really earn from the surveys it offers. But that does not tell you if it is worth joining. Here is what you should know.
- There are not many surveys
While I was testing it, there were not many surveys. Do not be alarmed if you see none after your profile. If there are no surveys, you cannot earn.
- Surveys fill up
Every survey has a maximum number of respondents. When it is reached, you cannot qualify, even if your answers match. Get to each survey as soon as you can.
- The credit value is not shown
The website does not say what a credit is worth. Based on what I saw, 3,000 credits is worth £5. The payout threshold also varies by country.
- Credits expire
Your credits expire after two years, so redeem them once you reach the threshold.
My takeIn my opinion, OpinionNow is not a bad survey site. However, it is not that good either. It pays well per survey, but the biggest drawback is that there are not many opportunities to earn. I would only suggest you join it if you need an additional secondary site, and adjust your expectations accordingly.
OpinionNow has few surveys. The top sites in your country give you more ways to earn.

There are 2 ways to earn. Paid surveys are the main one. Tap one to read more.
Paid surveys500 to 3,000 credits each
Log in to the member dashboard and answer the profile survey first, so OpinionNow can find the right surveys for you. It also gives you 500 credits. The dashboard is simple, but it looks a bit outdated compared to other survey sites I have tested.
Click a survey to start. You first answer qualifying questions. If you qualify, you answer the survey and get the promised credits. If not, you move on to the next survey. Every survey has a maximum number of respondents, so get to it as soon as you can.
A survey of 5 to 8 minutes usually pays around 500 credits. A 30-minute survey can pay up to 3,000 credits, which is £5.
Referral program50 + 150 credits
Fill out the invite form on the website, and OpinionNow emails an invitation to the person you invite. When they sign up and complete one survey, you get 50 credits. When they complete their second survey, you get another 150 credits.
Inviting people through a form is outdated. On most other survey sites, you get a link you can share however you want.
How much can you make?
What you earn depends on how many surveys you can complete. OpinionNow does not offer many surveys, so it is quite hard to earn regularly from it.
Per survey, it pays well. A 30-minute survey is worth £5, which is not a bad rate, in my opinion.
Still, its earning potential is quite low because there are few opportunities. It will take some time before you earn a significant amount.
Payout methods and minimum
| Method | Minimum | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | Varies by country | Cash to your PayPal account |
| Gift cards | Varies by country | The gift cards vary by location |
You convert your credits to PayPal cash or gift cards. The website does not explain what each credit is worth. Based on what I saw while testing, 3,000 credits is worth £5. Your credits expire after two years.
The payout system is relatively convenient because it offers PayPal. If you want more sites with this method, see the top sites that pay via PayPal.
Who can join OpinionNow?
The website does not say exactly which countries can join. From what I can tell, it is only available in certain countries like Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Canada, Australia and the UK.
To join, fill out the registration form on the website or sign up in the app. Then complete the profile survey for 500 credits, and wait for survey invitations.
The app is called Testraum and is only on iOS. It has all the features of the website. On Android, see the best money-making apps for Android.
