Is TopSurveys legit and safe?
Yes, TopSurveys is legit. I was really able to earn cash from it when I tested it. But that does not mean it is problem-free. Here is what you should know before you join.
- Not available in all countries
TopSurveys works in many countries, but not all. In tier 1 countries like the US, UK, Canada and Australia, you usually get the most surveys. Lower-tiered countries tend to have fewer.
- First cashouts can get extra checks
Survey sites have a lot of fraud, so sometimes they need extra security checks before paying out the first time. If you have done everything honestly and not used a VPN, you do not have to worry.
- Some readers report survey times that are off
A few readers write that surveys took longer than the time listed. You will also not qualify for every survey.
- Game offers take time
Game offers pay more, but some take several hours or even days to finish all the missions. Choose your missions wisely.
- Never use a VPN
Using a VPN is fraud. If you do it, you will not get paid.
My takeIn my opinion, TopSurveys is a good survey site to join if you are looking to earn extra cash. I like that it offers convenient payout options. But best of all, it has a low disqualification rate, so you can earn from surveys easily and with less frustration than on many other survey sites. That’s the quality of a good survey site, in my opinion.
How you earn on TopSurveys

Paid surveysAround $1 on average
Log in to the member dashboard and click Surveys on the left side. You immediately see what each survey pays, which helps you choose which surveys to do first.
Click a survey, and a pop-up window opens with the qualifying questions. Answer them honestly. If you qualify, you answer the actual survey, and the reward goes to your balance. Sometimes you get a very small compensation even when you do not qualify.
While testing, I noticed the disqualification rate was indeed lower than on most survey sites. That gives you a higher chance of earning from every survey you start. Most surveys take less than five minutes.
Paid offers (mobile games)Around $10 to $50 per game
On TopSurveys, all paid offers ask you to play mobile games. Each game has a set of missions, and each mission has its own reward. When you have completed all missions, move on to the next game.
Click a game, and it shows a QR code. Scan it with your phone, download the game and start playing. The QR code lets TopSurveys track your progress, and every completed mission is credited to your balance.
Some missions take patience, while others give you great rewards for your time. Some offers take several hours or even days to complete.
How much can you make?
It depends on how many surveys you complete and how much time you spend on offers. You do not control how many surveys you get. That depends on your country. In the US, UK, Canada, Australia and other tier 1 countries, there are usually the most surveys.
The average pay per survey is around $1, depending on your country, which isn’t bad for surveys that mostly take less than five minutes. Longer surveys pay more. I have even seen surveys paying up to $5. Game offers usually pay around $10 to $50 per game, but some take several hours or days.
Overall, I consider TopSurveys’ earning potential quite good compared to many similar sites, because of the pay per survey and the low disqualification rate. It is extra money on the side, not a full-time income.

I’ve been doing surveys on this app for about six months. From the start the surveys and payouts were fair. But recently I’ve noticed that the banners listed time for survey and the actual survey listed time is not true. Banner will say 4 minutes, but actual will be 25 minutes. Then lastly, I’ve noticed after completed a survey a banner will come up saying there is a problem and time out. I’ve complained but get zero response. I would not waste your time signing up with TopSurvey

I am trying there offerwalls, example in magnet miner I reach 1000meters then the rewards aren’t crediting, the rewards didn’t credited started when I reach 100 meters

I used them for almost a year but mainly playing games for rewards. This past week they had a bonus attached to any goal you reach. I hustled at a game got it… only $26 you know what top surveys did… after I played for a few hours non stop to reach the goal they put a 7 day hold on the cash and as of yesterday they banned me. Can’t cash out. Can’t contact support. SCAM 10000000000%

The surveys were plentiful and easy to complete and I soon got to my first £5 threshold. However, when I redeemed it to my PayPal, despite TopSurveys saying the redemption had gone through straightaway, I have received nothing to my PayPal and didn’t even get an email confirmation ( I checked junk too) I emailed support who said they’d reply in 24 hours. This was 3 days ago with no further reply. Very disappointed especially as I’ve read such good reviews.

Top surveys is not misleading nor accurate when it comes to picking the right surveys, I’ve made $500+ on this app due to consistency, when I say $500+; I mean $728 off the app. And I am not a bot but an actual hard working human being who treats Top surveys like an 8+ hour job. And the $728, was one month alone. So give it a try, don’t lie on the surveys nor mislead.

I am slowly earning money but when I got to 5$ it Saudi have to have at least20$…this has happened in other sites and as soon as I got close to the20$ suddenly I couldn’t get to do any more surveys… And the surveys take way longer than a few mins that they claim.

But you, of course, needs to do things honestly and not use VPN or anything like that. If you do, you will, of course, not get paid as it is fraud.
I have not passed any survey. This site is misleading.
As I mention in the review, you will not qualify for all the surveys. And how many surveys you get and how easy it is to qualify will always depend on your country and profile.

Top Surveys is just another copy of Prime Opinion, Five Surveys and Heycash, all owned by the company Prime Insights Group. They all have the same graphics and the differences between them are almost zero.
It seems that it has become fashionable for companies to multiply websites/apps as if they were mushrooms.
I was already signed up for the others, but I decided to try this one too. The first survey that I took, which was just getting demographics info, was fine. It took 3 minutes and paid an euro. The second one I did said it was 3 minutes long, and it took 10 minutes for 68 cents. The third one I tried said it was 5 minute survey, and when I got into it, it said it would take 15-20 minutes. The fourth one I tried was 3 minutes for 24 cents, and when I got into it, it said it would take 20 minutes to complete.
Unfortunately this is common practice on most websites and apps.
