I looked into ZoomRx to see if its paid surveys are worth it for physicians. It is legit, the rewards are high, and you can cash out after every survey. Below is how it works, how you get paid, and who can join.
Legit and well-paid, but only for physicians
Surveys usually pay $50 to $500, with PayPal, Zelle or bank transfer and no threshold. Not many surveys.
Physicians only. You get a bonus after you register.

The short answer
ZoomRx is legit. Physicians can really earn from it. It is a survey panel built around how doctors work. Surveys usually pay $50 to $500, you get something even when you do not qualify, and you are paid after every survey, with no threshold.
But it is only for physicians, and you have to provide your credentials when you register. There are also not a lot of surveys, so you need patience. If you are not a physician, this is not for you.

Is ZoomRx legit and safe?
Yes, ZoomRx is legit, because physicians can really earn from it. But it has specific requirements and limits you should know first.
- Physicians only, with credentials
ZoomRx is only meant for physicians. When you register, you provide your credentials as a physician. That is how the panel makes sure you are eligible. If you are not comfortable with that, it is not for you.
- Not a lot of surveys
There are not a lot of surveys available, and you do not control how many you get. It usually depends on your profile and location, so you need patience.
- Help is behind the login
There is no FAQ or Help section you can reach before you join. The chatbot that serves as the Help section is inside the member dashboard.
- You will not qualify for every survey
You answer qualifying questions first. If you do not qualify, you still get something for your time.
My takeIn my opinion, ZoomRx is a good survey site to join if you are a physician looking to earn extra cash. It offers high rewards and convenient payout methods, but you must be patient, because there are not a lot of surveys. If you are not a physician, see the top survey and GPT sites in your country instead.
How you earn on ZoomRx
There are two ways to earn. Surveys make up most of the money.
Paid surveysUsually $50–$500
You see all available surveys in the member dashboard, on the website or in the app, and you get an email when there is one for you. You answer qualifying questions first. If you qualify, you take the survey. If you do not, you still get something for your time.
ZoomRx has a voice response option, so you do not have to type your answers. In all my years of testing survey sites, this is the first time I have seen this. You can also pause a survey for several hours and continue where you left off. From time to time, you can take part in AI-moderated interviews.
Referral programUp to $75
Invite your colleagues with your referral link. When they sign up and complete their first survey, you receive up to $75. Invite people who really want to earn from ZoomRx.
How much can you make?
It depends on how many surveys you can complete, and you do not control how many are available. In my experience, that usually depends on your profile and location.
Per survey, ZoomRx usually pays $50 to $500, which is quite a good rate. That is not surprising, because the surveys need a very specific set of respondents, and those surveys usually pay well.
Overall, I would say its earning potential is quite good, mainly because of the high rewards.
Payout methods and minimum
| Method | Minimum | When |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | None | After every completed survey |
| Zelle | None | After every completed survey |
| Direct bank transfer | None | After every completed survey |
Every survey shows what you earn. After you complete it, ZoomRx processes the payment with the method you chose. There is no threshold to reach.
For more sites with this method, see the top sites that pay via direct bank transfer.
