I tested the ZBD app to see if it is a good way to earn free Bitcoin. It is legit, but the rewards are low and the gift card threshold is high. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.
Legit Bitcoin game app, but low rewards for your time
You earn Satoshis by playing mobile games. Free missions pay less than a cent, and gift cards start at $15 to $20.

The short answer
ZBD is legit: you can really earn free Bitcoin with it by playing mobile games and completing missions. You can redeem gift cards, or move your Satoshis to Cash App, Coinbase, Kraken or another Lightning wallet.
But its earning potential is low. Free missions pay around 100 to 300 Satoshis, which is less than a cent, and most gift cards need $15 to $20. Some readers also report blocked accounts. I only recommend it as an extra app.
- A decent number of featured games at any given time
- Available more or less worldwide
- Transfer to crypto platforms with no threshold
- 20% referral commission, 30% from 5 referrals
- Low rewards for free missions
- High threshold for gift cards
- No cash rewards
- Transaction fees when you transfer your Satoshis
- Mobile only
My experience with ZBD
I installed ZBD, played its featured games and checked how you get paid. This is what I did myself, and what I did not test.

- Checked: games, payout options, support
- Free mission rewards
- Around 100 to 300 SatoshisLess than a cent each

- Mobile onlyApp for Android and iOS
- The featured games and their free missions
- The referral program
- The ZBD wallet, the gift cards and the transfer options
- Signing up in the app
- A payout. My review does not show a gift card or transfer from ZBD.
- Missions with in-game purchases. I ignore them because they are not that profitable, in my opinion.
- The support. I did not need to contact it, so what I say about replies comes from readers.

I made a video that gives you an inside look and shows exactly how you can earn from ZBD.

Is ZBD legit and safe?
Yes, ZBD is legit, because you can really earn free Bitcoin from it. But that does not make it worth your time. Here is what you should know.
- Free missions pay very little
Free missions pay around 100 to 300 Satoshis. That may sound like a lot, but it is less than a cent. Missions that pay more usually ask for in-game purchases.
- High gift card threshold, fees on transfers
Most gift cards need $15 to $20, so it takes a while to redeem one. Transfers to crypto platforms have no threshold, but there is a transaction fee, so only withdraw when you have enough to cover it.
- Readers report blocked accounts
Some readers report that their account was blocked or banned, and that support did not help. Withdraw your Satoshis regularly instead of letting them build up.
- Track every game through ZBD
After you install a game, always open it from the ZBD app. Otherwise ZBD cannot track your progress and you do not get your Satoshis. The games also show pop-up ads.
- Not allowed everywhere
ZBD works in countries where Bitcoin is legal. A reader found it was not allowed in their state.
My takeZBD, in my opinion, is not a bad app to earn free Bitcoin. However, it also does not offer anything special to warrant your time. It does not pay that well, and the threshold is quite high if you want to redeem gift cards. That is why I would only recommend it if you need an additional app to earn free Bitcoin.
ZBD pays little for your time. These sites are better ways to earn free Bitcoin.

There are 2 ways to earn. Playing games is the main one. Tap one to read more.
Playing games100–300 Satoshis per free mission
When you open the app, you see all the games you can play. Each game has a set of missions, and you earn Satoshis for every mission you complete. Most missions ask you to reach a certain level.
Pick a game and hit Play. Install the game, then go back to the ZBD app and open the game from there. If you do not, ZBD cannot track your progress.
Some missions pay significantly more, but they usually involve in-game purchases. I ignore those and focus on the missions that cost nothing. Some of the games are fun, so you will not get bored.
Referral program20% to 30%
Share your referral code. When someone installs the app and enters your code, you get a 20% commission every time they earn. With at least 5 referrals, it goes up to 30%.
That is quite a generous rate, in my opinion, but only if the people you invite want to earn free Bitcoin.
How much can you make?
It depends on how much time you invest. There are a decent number of games, so you will almost always find one to play. But completing missions takes time, so it is not an efficient way to earn.
If you stick to free missions, you earn around 100 to 300 Satoshis per mission, which is less than a cent. That is why I would say its earning potential is quite low.
How you get paid
| Option | Minimum |
|---|---|
| Gift cards | Most from $15 to $20 |
| Transfer to Cash App, Coinbase, Kraken or the Lightning Network | No threshold, but a transaction fee applies |
Your ZBD wallet shows what your Satoshis are worth, so you can see when you can redeem a gift card. Gift cards are the simpler option. Crypto transfers can take a while to get used to if you are new to crypto.

Great article, thank you!
Also, I have transferred my bitcoins from bitcoin mining games to my sat bitcoin balance from Idle Miner; can transfer 330 bitcoins (or Satoshis?) at a time every 24 hours. I have been able to transfer bitcoin from the Bitcoin Miner app to ZBD as well. Whoa!

What is about ZBD. I really don’t know how do I get withdrawal???
I never see some bad issues.
Sorry, but I do not know what you mean?
I explain how it works and how to withdraw in the review above. If you have technical issues, you need to contact their support.
Zbd is a scam. They have no support and withhold your earnings whenever they feel fit. I was waiting on support to help with my account for several months then was banned when I continued to ask for help. Can check out the help channel in the discord server they have jus to show the many users that are getting no help or scammed out of the sats they earned
Thanks for sharing your experiences.
