Winero App Review 2026: Is It Legit? Pros, Cons and My Verdict

Winero Rating

Winero is not a great GPT app. It has ample earning opportunities, but the biggest problem is that it offers very low rewards. So, it will take quite a long time before you can cash out a decent amount. And it encourages you to lie to qualify for surveys which can cause issues for you.

I tested the Winero app to see if it is worth your time. It is legit and pays, but the rewards are very low, and the app tells you to lie in surveys. Below is what I found, and which apps I recommend instead.

The short answer

Winero is a legit GPT app, and it does pay people. You earn points with surveys, paid offers and video ads, and you can cash out through PayPal, bank transfer, crypto or gift cards.

But the rewards are very low, so it takes quite a long time to cash out a decent amount. The app also advises you to practically lie when answering surveys, which goes against the terms of any survey provider. That is why I don’t recommend it.

What I like
  • Offers convenient payout options, including PayPal
  • Available worldwide
  • Plenty of surveys and offers, so you will not run out of tasks
  • The app is easy to use, with no pop-up ads unless you open the ads section
What I don’t like
  • Low rewards
  • Advises you to do unethical things to earn rewards
  • Android only
  • The referral program never gave me a referral code
  • The FAQ covers only a few topics

Is Winero legit and safe?

Yes, Winero is legit and does pay people. But that does not automatically mean it is worth it. Here is what you should know.

  • It tells you to lie in surveys

The FAQ in the app advises you to give answers that increase your chances of qualifying, not real answers. That is not illegal, but it goes against the terms of any survey provider. Survey providers are quite good at spotting lies eventually.

  • A risky platform to build on

If its survey providers find out that Winero encourages people to lie, they will stop working with it. It is a very short-sighted approach, in my opinion, and I avoid sites and apps that encourage unethical practices.

  • Very low rewards

Surveys pay less than on many other survey sites, and offers take up a bit of your time for low rewards. It takes quite a long time before you can cash out a decent amount.

  • Android only

The app only works on Android devices. If you use an iPhone, Winero is not for you.

My takeIn my opinion, Winero is not a great GPT app. It has ample earning opportunities, but the biggest problem is that it offers very low rewards. It also doesn’t help that it advises you to engage in unethical practices to increase your chances of earning. I always avoid apps that do something like this.

Want better rewards? These apps and sites pay more and do not ask you to lie.

How you earn on Winero

There are 4 ways to earn. Surveys and offers are the main ones. Tap one to read more.

Paid surveysLow
Winero survey advice

The surveys work the same as on other survey sites and apps. You first go through a qualifying process. If you qualify, you answer the survey and earn the reward. If not, you move on to the next one.

From what I observed during testing, there are a decent number of surveys, but they don’t pay as well as on many other survey sites and apps.

The app also advises you to practically lie when answering surveys, so you do not get disqualified. I do not recommend that. It goes against the terms of the survey providers.

Paid offersMore, but takes time
Winero offerwalls

Paid offers come from offerwalls. Pick an offerwall to see the offers. Most of them ask you to play a specific mobile game and reach milestones, like a certain level or beating a certain boss.

There are a decent number of offers, so you will most likely not run out of opportunities. But they take up a bit of your time and don’t offer high rewards, so the time-to-money ratio isn’t that great.

Watching adsVery small

Click a button and wait for the video ad to finish. It is the simplest way to earn on Winero, but the rewards are very small, so don’t prioritize it.

Referral programDid not work for me

Winero has a referral program, but when I tested it, it never gave me a referral code to share. I’m not sure if the feature has been disabled or if the app is malfunctioning.

How much can you make?

Winero’s earning potential is very low, because the rewards are very low. Even though you won’t run out of ways to earn, it takes quite a long time before you earn a significant amount.

If you have no problem with what the app advises you to do, you can install it. Just be extra patient, because it takes a while before you can cash out.

Payout methods and minimums

MethodMinimum
PayPal$3
Bank transferDepends on the option
CryptoDepends on the option
Gift cardsDepends on the gift card

All earning methods pay in points, which you redeem for cash, crypto or gift cards. The payout system is relatively straightforward, and I like the convenient payout options. For more apps like this, see the top sites that pay via PayPal.
