I checked out UpLevel Rewards to see if its $100 gift card promise holds up. It is legit, but most deals cost money, and you can end up losing money instead of earning. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.
Legit, but not worth your time
You complete a set of deals for one fixed gift card. Most deals require payments, so you can end up losing money.

The short answer
UpLevel Rewards is legit, because it will really let you earn rewards. You complete a set number of deals, such as five deals for a $100 gift card, and then claim your reward.
But most deals require payments for products and services, they take a lot of time and effort, and you can end up losing money instead of profiting. In my opinion, UpLevel Rewards is not worth your time.
- It is legit and really lets you earn rewards
- Rewards arrive one to three business days after the ID verification
- The deals are complicated and require a lot of effort to earn
- Most deals will require you to spend money to complete
- You can end up losing money instead of profiting from it
- No cash rewards, only gift cards
- No member dashboard: you give your mobile number to track your progress

Is UpLevel Rewards legit and safe?
Yes, UpLevel Rewards is legit, because it will really let you earn rewards. But the fact that it is legit does not make it worth your time. Here is what you should know before you sign up.
- Most deals cost money
Most deals require payments for products and services. If the deals you must complete cost more than the reward you can claim, you have lost money. You do not know the deals before you start, so do the math first.
- Miss one requirement, and you get nothing
If you miss even one requirement, you cannot complete the deal and earn the reward. This is usually why people fail and say the site is a scam. Read the fine print of every deal before you start.
- It takes a lot of time
On average, members take 5 to 7 days to complete the five deals for the $100 gift card. The maximum reward takes roughly a month or so.
- Your data is shared with partners
The FAQ says UpLevel Rewards shares your information with its partners unless you fill out its “Do Not Sell My Info” form, which is tricky to find. To track your progress, you give your mobile number, so you might receive calls and texts about promos.
- ID verification before you are paid
To claim a reward, you submit a photo of any government-issued ID.
My takeIn my opinion, UpLevel Rewards is not worth your time. You have to invest a significant amount of time and some money to earn from it. And if you are not careful, you might end up losing money if you missed a few details in the fine print of a deal. You are better off joining GPT sites that offer a simpler way to earn.
UpLevel Rewards asks you to spend money to earn. The top sites in your country give you simpler ways to earn.
See the best sites in your countryHow you earn on UpLevel Rewards
There is only one way to earn: completing a set number of deals for one reward.
Completing dealsFixed reward per set of deals
UpLevel Rewards is a bit different from the usual GPT sites, where you earn a reward for every offer you complete. Here, you have to complete a specific number of deals/offers to receive the reward promised.
As stated on the website, you complete five deals/offers to earn the $100 reward. You can claim smaller rewards for fewer deals, and larger rewards for more. The largest is $1,000, for 25 deals/offers.
The deals typically ask you to play a mobile game, install an app, sign up for a free trial and more. Most of them require payments for products and services, so be prepared to spend money. That is how UpLevel Rewards can afford the rewards: its sponsors pay it to promote their products and services.
Read and understand every deal before you start. If you miss even one requirement, you will not be able to complete the deal and earn the reward.
How much can you make?
It mostly depends on the deals you must complete. Many of them involve spending money, so if they cost more than the reward you can claim, you have lost money. You do not know the deals before you start, which makes it hard to figure out what you will earn.
You practically have to do a little bit of math before you proceed. Overall, I consider its earning potential to be quite low, because you have to spend money to earn.
You also spend a significant amount of time on the deals, which is why, personally, I would say it is not worth the trouble. You are better off with a typical GPT site, where you earn a reward for every offer you complete.
How you get paid
| Reward | Notes |
|---|---|
| Gift card: Amazon, eBay or Walmart | Chosen when you sign up |
| Visa gift card | Probably a prepaid Visa card |
UpLevel Rewards always pays you a fixed amount when you claim your reward. You choose the type of gift card when you sign up, and every reward you claim comes in that form, whatever the amount. So choose the reward you are comfortable with.
To claim a reward, you submit a photo of any government-issued ID. After that, it takes one to three business days to receive your reward.
The payout system is relatively straightforward. The only downside is that it does not offer cash rewards. If you prefer cash, see the top sites that pay via PayPal.
Who can join, and how sign-up works
UpLevel Rewards is only for US residents aged 18 and above. If you live in the US, also see the top survey sites in the US.
To sign up, you click the “Get a Quick Start” button and choose the reward you want to claim. Then you answer a few profile questions and give your email address. After that, you get the instructions for the deals you must complete. Read all the details, including the fine print.
There is no mobile app, but many deals ask you to install mobile games or apps, so you need your phone. There is also no member dashboard. To track your progress, you have to give your mobile number.
For questions, check the FAQ. If you cannot find your answer there, fill out the form on the Member Support page. It provides the minimum required support, in my opinion.
