I looked inside Twickerz, a Paid-to-Click (PTC) site that pays you to click ads and do small online tasks. It is legit, but the rewards are low and the payout rules are complicated. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.
Legit, but low rewards and a complicated payout system
Cash out from $1.50, but free members can only withdraw $10 every 10 days. Too many ads make the site hard to use.

The short answer
Twickerz is not a scam. It is a legit PTC site that pays you for small online tasks. It has been around since 2011, it has many ways to earn, the payout threshold is low, and anyone can join.
But the rewards are low, so the earning potential is very low. The payment system is complicated: there is a processing fee, a maximum per payout, and you must post your payment proof in the forum before you can ask for the next payout. Ads are everywhere on the site. There are simply better choices, in my opinion.
- Low payout threshold: $1.50
- Available globally
- Has several earning opportunities
- Support tickets, an FAQ and a forum
- Low rewards, which lead to low earning potential
- Complicated payment system
- Their site is not very user-friendly and is a bit spammy
- To earn more, you have to pay for a membership upgrade
- Not optimized for mobile, and there is no app

Is Twickerz legit and safe?
Twickerz is a legit PTC site. It does what it claims to do. But legit does not mean worth your time. Here is what you should know.
- The payout rules are complicated
There is a processing fee on each payment, so you do not receive the full amount. Free members can only request $10 every 10 days. And you have to post your proof of payment in the forum before you can request your next payout.
- You pay to earn more
Upgrading your membership makes each ad pay more and raises your referral commission and your payout limits. But you are there to earn money, not to spend your own. If you upgrade, plan carefully so you earn back what you spent.
- Flip The Coin can cost you your earnings
You can bet up to $50 of your earnings on one coin flip. If you lose, the bet is taken from your account. Do not get carried away.
- Ads everywhere
Twickerz shows ads all over the site, often covering the content, and you are not paid for those. On a phone, offers open new windows and pop-up ads, which makes it very spammy.
- Some sections may not work
When I clicked on a quiz, the only thing that appeared was the message “Disabled”. The birth date field on the sign-up form is also hidden behind the site’s tabs.
My takeEven though Twickerz offers several earning opportunities, its earning potential is very low simply because of the low rewards offered. Its low payout threshold is a bit meaningless, and its convoluted payment system does not help. There are simply better choices out there.
Twickerz pays very little for your time. The top sites in your country pay more, without upgrades or a forum post before each payout.

There are 8 ways to earn, but most pay very little. Tap one to read more.
Paid offersLow
Paid offers are small tasks with a set of instructions: answer a survey or quiz, register on a site, visit a link or watch videos. Complete the offer, and you get the reward.
There are plenty of offers, because Twickerz has a lot of offerwalls. But it does not pay you a lot for each one.
Paid surveysVery low
The surveys come from other sites. You answer profiling questions first, and if you qualify, you take the survey. It usually takes a while before the reward shows in your account.
Twickerz takes a percentage of the payment for itself, so you split the reward with it. The surveys give very low rewards compared to what you can get by taking surveys in other places.
QuizzesNot reliable
Click a quiz, answer it in the new window, and get the reward. But when I clicked on the quizzes, the only thing that appeared was the message “Disabled”. I am not sure if it was a bug or if this option is turned off.
Clicking adsVery low
Click an ad, wait for the page to load, and pick the upside-down image in the captcha. Then you get the reward. It is effortless, but it does not pay much. You will have to click on hundreds of ads before you earn a decent amount.
TwickgridUp to $5, rarely
You get 25 chances a day to click a grid square. Each one opens an ad you have to view and a captcha. Prizes range from $0.001 to $5, but you will not get the top prizes very often, if ever. You can easily waste a lot of time on it.
Paid To Sign UpVaries by offer
You sign up for a website, often with a few extra tasks, and give the username or email you used as proof. Choose carefully: many of these offers are not worth the effort for what you get.
Flip The CoinGambling
You bet part of your earnings on one coin flip, up to $50. If you win, you get the amount you bet. If you lose, it is taken from your account. You can lose all your earnings this way.
Referral programCommission
You earn a commission when people you invite join Twickerz through your referral link or banner. Twickerz does not say how much you get. You have to click at least 3 ads a day to earn a commission from your referrals the next day.
You can also rent or buy referrals with your purchase balance.

How much can you make?
It mostly depends on how active you are. Twickerz has plenty of ways to earn, but the rewards are low, so you have to invest a lot of time to earn a decent amount.
You can upgrade your membership to earn more for each ad and get a higher commission from your referrals, plus a higher payout limit. The higher the cost of the upgrade, the more benefits you get. You can pay for upgrades with your earnings, which is how long-time members usually do it. If you do it, plan carefully so you earn back what you spent.
How you get paid
| Rule | Free member | Premium member |
|---|---|---|
| Payout threshold | $1.50 | $1.50 |
| Maximum payout request | $10 every 10 days | $25 every 7 days |
| Fee | Processing fee per payment | Processing fee per payment |
You can be paid through Payza, PerfectMoney or Bitcoin. Higher membership levels have higher payout limits. Before you can request your next payout, you have to post your proof of payment in the Twickerz forum.
There are plenty of other sites that let you request payment more conveniently. If you prefer PayPal, see the top survey sites that pay via PayPal.
Twickerz alternatives I have tested
