I applied to Postwork to see if its AI training work is worth your time. It answered my application quickly, but its website tells you almost nothing about the tasks, the pay or the payment schedule. Below is what I found, and which AI training sites I recommend instead.
Not worth your time: too little information about the work and the pay
AI training tasks for people with freelance skills, recorded with its own screen-recording software. Open globally, but no word on pay rates.

The short answer
Postwork.ai claims you can make money by helping to train artificial intelligence models. When I applied, it replied after about half a day. But its website has very little information: not what the tasks are, not how much they pay, and not how the payment system works.
You need expertise in an area like video editing, graphic design, copywriting, coding or data science, and the application process is long. In my opinion, Postwork is not worth your time. There are AI training sites where you know exactly what you get into before you apply.

- Does not provide good support
- A long application process
- Its software records your screen, mouse clicks and keystrokes

Is Postwork legit and safe?
Many websites offer AI training work, but that does not automatically mean Postwork is worth your time. Here is what you should know before you apply.
- You do not know what you will earn
The website does not say how much Postwork pays per task. Without that, you cannot figure out its earning potential before you apply.
- Very little information
There is not a lot of information on its website about the tasks or the payment system. You only find out what you are supposed to do if Postwork decides to entertain your application.
- Its software records your screen and input
While you work on tasks, you record your screen with its software. It records your screen along with your mouse clicks and keystrokes, and this data is used to train AI.
- A long application process
After the application form, you take a compatibility test, complete a 1-hour trial session and submit it for review. Then you wait for Postwork to assign you tasks.
- Poor support
There is no About Us or Help page. The only way to reach Postwork is the email address contact@postwork.ai.
My takeIn my opinion, Postwork is not worth your time. It does not provide a lot of information, so you basically do not have any idea what you are getting into. If you want to earn by training AI, there are better options where you know exactly how you get paid and what the payment rates are.
Postwork does not say what it pays. These AI training sites are transparent about their pay.

There is only one way to earn: AI training tasks that Postwork assigns to you once you are accepted.
AI training tasksNot stated
When you are accepted as an AI trainer, Postwork can assign you micro-tasks. They usually involve labeling content, checking the accuracy of outputs, validating datasets, or giving feedback on different kinds of data.
You indicate your skills, so Postwork knows which tasks to assign you. You need expertise in an area like video editing, graphic design, copywriting, coding or data science. Then you wait for tasks, so you need to be patient.
While you work, you record your screen with its own software for Mac, Windows and Linux. It records your screen along with your mouse clicks and keystrokes, and this data is used to train AI.
How much can you make?
Postwork does not say how much it pays per task. In my experience, it usually depends on the type of task. Tasks that need a specialized skill, like coding, video editing or graphic design, usually pay relatively decently. Data entry tasks usually do not pay that well.
Overall, I cannot really say what its earning potential is, because the website gives so little information. That is not a good thing, in my opinion.
How you get paid
The website does not explain the payment system either. Postwork gives you that information after it accepts your application.
From what I can understand, it uses Stripe as its payment gateway, so you can transfer your earnings straight to your bank account. That is a fairly convenient payout system. For more sites with a convenient payment method, see the top sites that pay via direct bank transfer.
How to apply to Postwork
Fill out the application form. You give a link to your LinkedIn profile or website, and to your freelancer profile on a site like Upwork or Fiverr. Then you select your skills as a freelancer. Only choose the ones you really have, because this is how Postwork decides which tasks to send you.
After you submit the form, write down your application ID number. Postwork says it takes a few days to hear back. I heard back after about half a day, which is quite fast.
To become an AI trainer, you then take a compatibility test, complete a 1-hour trial session and submit it for review. If Postwork deems you eligible, you get further instructions. It is quite a long process, and you need a computer: you cannot do the tasks on a phone.
