Are all product testing sites safe?
If you search for product testing on Google, you find a lot of product testing companies. The problem is that most of them are either spammy or scam sites.
Only a few are worth your time
In my experience, only a few select sites are truly worth it. This list saves you from trying every product testing site you can find. Just choose the ones that fit you.
How are the earning opportunities on product testing websites?
Some of the sites on this list are also paid survey sites, or offer other ways to earn. Others are pure product testing sites. Both have a good side.
Survey sites with product tests
You still have ways to earn, even when there are no product tests available.
Pure product testing sites
These let you test products, but some only give you the products, and some give you nothing to keep.
It is hard to say how often you can test products. Several things affect it:
- Your location. In a city or country where many companies do market research, you can test products more often.
- How many sites you join. I recommend around 5 to 7 sites to get access to more opportunities.
Not a way to make a living.
You will not get rich from these sites. They can be a good source of extra income and a way to get free products. The real value is that you help shape companies’ products with your feedback.
How I choose the sites on this list

I only put a site on this list when I have tested it myself. I test hundreds of sites every year, and I keep this list updated.
What I look at
- I have tested it myself
- Legit and free to join
- Really worth your time, not spammy
- Lets you test products, paid or for free
Ready to start?
All of these sites are free to join. I recommend you join around 5 to 7 sites to get access to more opportunities. You can always join more later when you feel you can handle more product testing.
I keep this list updated, so bookmark this page. Know a site that belongs here, or have a question? Leave a comment below.
Frequently asked questions
Are product testers legit?
Some are, but many are not. If you search for product testing on Google, most of the companies you find are spammy or scam sites. All the sites on this list are legit and free to join, and I have tested them myself.
Where can I get paid to test products?
Survey Junkie pays you for the product tests it invites you to. PineCone Research, Ipsos i-Say, American Consumer Opinion and Product Report Card also reward you for product tests next to their surveys.
The comparison shows what you get on each site.
Do product testers make money?
Some do, but testing products is not a way to make a living. It can be a good source of extra income and a way to get free products. How often you can test depends mostly on where you live.
Some programs pay nothing at all. On Nike and Adidas product testing, you do not get paid, and you cannot keep the products.
What brands pay you to test their products?
Big brands like Nike and Adidas let you test products before they are released, but they do not pay you, and you do not keep the products. Reebok’s program is closed for now. If you want to earn, join sites like Survey Junkie or PineCone Research instead.
How can I test a product?
Join one or more of the sites on this list and wait for an invite. The site sends you the product and the instructions to follow. Then you test it and give your feedback.

Quisiera por favor informacion del trabajo
I explain how it works in the article above.
I’m really interested and been studying product testing, mystery shopping , freelance jobs , and other ways to earn money even passive income . I’ve gotten started on a few survey sites , and I’ve gotten a few samples by mail to review by emailing companies asking if they had samples for me to be able to receive in return me leaving an honest reveiw of their products. I felt going that direction would be a great start . I didnt get paid however I did receive alot of samples along with coupons and also some companies continue sending me samples and a couple sent regular size products asking me to test them and to please leave a reveiw. I invested 2 solid months researching and studying up on everything about coupons and store policies .It took alot of work and dedication but I’ve achieved the level to be called a extreme couponer . I follow the rules no misuse of coupons. So now I’m venturing out to learn other ways to save , make passive income , make money on sites , where to find free stuff and more . I know it will take time however I wanted to let you know my goal is to start my own website using the tools of what I have accomplished learning. You inspired me to put more work and dedication of helping others learn . The USA economy is really struggling since covid struck . Homelessness is up and rising due to the high gas prices , inflation in food , and unemployment ; and although hiring signs are posted everywhere noone seems to get a call back. So I want to provide all the resources that I’ve studied on to help others and try to boost the economy by sharing what I have learned by research. So I wanted to comment on your website post / blog and let you know you were my inspiration and I want to thank you for alot of your work in researching all the different sites and apps. I for one knows it is not easy task and requires alot of time , hard work , and dedication to achieve. So thank you sir it is very much appreciated. I would like to take the 5 day class you offer as well. Thanks for offering that as well !! You are doing amazing work that provides alot of information for others to be able to find useful. Great job sir !! Your work has not gone unnoticed !!
Thanks for sharing. Happy to hear my content has helped and inspired you.
