Datavio.ai Review 2026 (Formerly Teemwork.ai): Is It Legit? Pros, Cons and My Verdict

Datavio.ai Rating

Datavio.ai is not a bad site, in my opinion. However, it isn’t that good either. There are simply better choices out there if you are looking to earn extra cash.

I checked out Datavio.ai, formerly Teemwork.ai, to see if its jobs are worth applying for. It is legit, but most of the job offers I found had already expired, so I do not recommend signing up. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.

Partially Tested Last tested

Legit job site, but I do not recommend signing up

You apply for real jobs and are paid by the employer, not by Datavio. Most job offers I found had already expired.

Good for you ifYou have specific skills, such as translation, transcription or data labeling, and you live in a country where the jobs are posted.
Skip it ifYou want to earn extra cash soon, or you want a site you can reliably earn from.

The short answer

Datavio.ai is legit. It is a micro job site, formerly called Teemwork.ai, where you can apply for full-time, part-time or remote jobs. You can really earn from the jobs it offers.

But most of the job offers I found had already expired, and I did not see new ones. You are paid by the employer who hired you, not by Datavio, and the website says little about how payment works. That is why I do not recommend signing up. Datavio is still running, so you can check the current jobs on its job list first.

What I like
  • Available globally
  • Convenient payment methods, usually PayPal or direct bank transfer
  • Jobs pay the standard rate for the position
What I don’t like
  • Limited earning opportunities
  • Most job offers had expired, and I saw no new ones
  • A normal job application process, with an interview
  • Little information about how you get paid
  • Support is only reachable once you are logged in

My experience with Datavio

I checked out the Datavio website, signed up for the member dashboard, and looked at the job offers, the application steps and the support options. This is what I looked at, and what I did not test.

Is Datavio legit and safe?

Yes, Datavio.ai is legit, because you can really earn from the jobs it offers. But that does not make it worth signing up for. Here is what you should know.

  • Most job offers had expired

From what I saw while testing it, there are a decent number of jobs posted, but most of them had already expired. Datavio is still running, and the current jobs are on its job list. Check it before you sign up, because you might not find any job you can apply for.

  • You are paid by the employer, not by Datavio

You do not work for Datavio.ai. You work for the employer who hired you through it, and the payment goes through that employer. The website says little about how this works. You learn which payment method is used during the application.

  • A normal job application

You go through an interview, submit the requirements and wait to hear if you are hired. Datavio tells you through the dashboard and by email. Landing a job is not easy, in my opinion.

  • Most jobs are location-specific

Anyone can sign up, but most jobs require you to live in a certain country. The offers I saw were for people in the US, some countries in Asia and major countries in Europe.

  • Support only after you log in

The Help page is inside the member dashboard. The website does not show how to get support if you are not logged in.

My takeDatavio.ai is not a bad site, in my opinion. However, it isn’t that good either. While you can potentially earn a full-time income from it, the jobs require certain skills, and most of the job offers posted have already expired. This is why I wouldn’t recommend you sign up for it. If you are looking for ways to earn extra cash, I suggest the top survey and GPT sites in your country instead.

Most Datavio job offers had expired when I checked. These sites let you start earning in your country right away.

How you earn on Datavio

There is one way to earn: jobs and tasks that you apply for.

Jobs and crowdsourcing tasksStandard pay for the job
Job openings on Datavio

Once you are a member, you log in to the member dashboard and apply for crowdsourcing tasks and part-time, full-time or remote jobs. If you are not logged in, all you can do is search for job openings on the Datavio job list.

The jobs are usually for linguists, translators, transcribers, annotators, data labelers, testers and more. Click a job to see the full details: the responsibilities, the qualifications and the salary. If you are a good fit, click the Apply button.

If you are hired, Datavio notifies you through its dashboard and by email. Then you do the work for the employer who hired you, not for Datavio.ai.

How much can you make?

It depends on the job or task you land. If you are hired for a full-time position, expect the standard salary for that position. The jobs vary a lot, so I cannot give an exact amount. Some jobs pay more, some pay less.

The earning potential is relatively good on paper. But you have to land a job before you earn anything, which is not easy, in my opinion. And most of the job offers I saw had already expired.

How you get paid

MethodNotes
PayPalUsual method, set by the employer
Direct bank transferUsual method, set by the employer

The payment system is different from other microtask sites. You are paid by the employer you work for, so the payment method depends on who hires you. It is discussed during the application, so you know what to expect before you start.

There is not much information on the Datavio website about how the payment system works. If you want sites that pay through PayPal right away, see the top sites that pay via PayPal.

How to apply on Datavio

You fill out the registration form to become a member, and then log in to the member dashboard to apply for jobs.

Before you sign up, keep in mind that most of the job offers I saw had already expired. You might not find any job you can apply for.

You can browse jobs on your phone, because the website is mobile-friendly. But I highly recommend you use a laptop or desktop when you apply, so you do not miss or mistype anything. The application is the most important step.

  3. Teemwork AI is horrible. I’ve been trying to get paid for quite some time now to no avail and have sent almost 10 e-mails in which I’ve tried to get paid by them. They also sent the payment wrong on Paypal in a way that causes processing fees to skim into the final amount and puts the payment on hold for seven days. I’ve made them aware of this, but they keep on ignoring me and won’t send the payment in the correct manner. I’m one step away from opening a case in small claims court. No one should ever have to go through this.

  4. You are actually wrong with your stated Cons. Teemwork.ai has actually unlimited earning opportunity. There are bunch of HITS ( tasks) waiting for you. Their pay out threshold is just 20 USD, in my experienced, I gained it in less than 2 days. As for the registration, you have to wait at least 2-3 days, fair enouogh.

  5. Hi, Just say I completed tasks to the value of 20$ for February. When can I expect payment and do they pay what’s reflected on the report?
