I tested the BitOpinion app to see if it is worth your time. It is legit, but the rewards are low and it only pays in crypto. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.
Legit, but low rewards and crypto payouts only
A simple Android survey app with a user-friendly design. It pays less than the popular survey apps, and only in crypto.

The short answer
BitOpinion is legit, since you can really earn rewards from it. It is a survey and rewards app where you answer surveys from partner providers and convert your coins into crypto.
But it offers low rewards, so it will take quite a while to earn a decent amount. It only pays in crypto and only works on Android. It is not a bad survey app, but it does not give you a good reason to use it.
- Offers a simple way to earn rewards
- The app is relatively user-friendly, with no annoying pop-up ads
- Low crypto thresholds, from 2,000 coins
- Open more or less worldwide
- Does not offer cash rewards, only crypto
- Low rewards compared with popular survey apps
- Android only, no iOS app and no desktop version
- No Help or FAQ section
My experience with BitOpinion
I installed the app, signed in, and went through the survey providers, the Daily Spin, the referral program and the payout options. This is what I looked at, and what I did not test.

Is BitOpinion legit and safe?
Yes, BitOpinion is legit, since you can really earn rewards from it. But that does not automatically mean it is worth your time. Here is what you should know.
- The rewards are low
Compared with more popular survey apps and sites, BitOpinion pays less. It will take some time before you can earn a significant amount from it.
- You only get paid in crypto
There are no cash rewards. You need a crypto wallet that supports the crypto you want to redeem. If you are new to crypto, research how crypto transactions work first.
- Android only
BitOpinion is mobile-only, and the app only works on Android devices. If you use an iPhone, it is not for you.
- Half the survey providers start locked
When I tested it, 6 of the 12 survey providers were locked. You unlock them once you have earned a certain number of coins.
- No Help or FAQ section
If you have a question, you have to contact support by email or on Telegram, because there is no Help or FAQ section in the app or on the website.
My takeIn my opinion, BitOpinion is not a bad survey app. However, it also doesn’t give you a good reason to use it. It offers low rewards, so it will take quite a while to earn a decent amount. And if you are looking to earn free crypto, there are better ways to go about it as well.
BitOpinion pays little per survey. The top sites in your country let you earn a decent amount faster.

There are 3 ways to earn. Surveys are the main one. Tap one to read more.
Paid surveysMain earner
The surveys do not come from the app, but from its partner providers. Pick a survey provider, answer a few profile questions, and you see all the surveys that match your profile.
You first go through a qualifying process. If you qualify, you answer the survey and get the promised coins. If you do not, you move on to the next survey.
When I tested the app, there were 12 survey providers, but half of them were locked. You unlock them when you have earned a certain number of coins, so the app rewards you with more opportunities the more active you are.
Daily SpinSmall bonus
Spin the wheel once a day to win a reward. You will not win a lot from it, which is to be expected because it takes very little effort. See it as a bonus, not an earning opportunity.
Referral program5% commission
Share your referral link. When someone installs the app and signs up through it, you get a 5% commission every time they earn by completing surveys. Your referral gets a joining bonus, but the app does not say what it is.

How much can you make?
It mostly depends on how many surveys you can complete. You do not control how many surveys are available to you, because that depends on your profile and location. In my experience, people in the US, the UK, Canada, Australia and the larger European countries usually have more opportunities.
I cannot say exactly how much each survey pays, because that also depends on where you are. But compared with more popular survey apps and sites, BitOpinion pays less, so its overall earning potential is quite low.
This is the main reason why I would not recommend it to my friends. There are simply far better options out there, in my opinion.
Payout methods and minimums
| Method | Minimum | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| USDT | $2 (2,000 coins) | Needs a wallet that supports USDT |
| DOGE | $5 (5,000 coins) | Needs a wallet that supports DOGE |
| Litecoin, BNB, TRON, XRP and more | Depends on the crypto | Each crypto has its own threshold |
You earn coins and convert them into crypto. It is a fairly simple payout system if you are used to crypto transactions. If you are new to crypto, research how crypto transactions work before you start.
Who can join, and how
BitOpinion does not say exactly which countries it is available in. As far as I can tell, it is available more or less worldwide, or at least in countries where crypto is not banned.
Install the app on your Android phone. When you open it for the first time, it asks you to sign in with your Google account. After that, you can start answering surveys immediately.
