Yo Opinion is a survey site owned by the MSI Group, the company that also runs Panel Opinion. It has a relatively low $10 threshold and pays through PayPal or wire transfer.
But there were not a lot of surveys when I tested it, and it does not pay that much per survey. In 2024, two readers also told me their requested payout had not arrived after a month. I recommend other survey sites instead.

Is Yo Opinion legit and safe?
When I tested it, Yo Opinion worked as a survey site that pays for completed surveys. Two readers have since reported payouts that did not arrive. Here is what you should know before you spend time on it.
- Readers report payouts that did not arrive
In April and June 2024, two readers wrote that they requested their money and were not paid a month later. One contacted the support and did not get a response. No reader has told me since that they were paid.
- Few surveys and low rewards
Yo Opinion only has surveys, and there were not a lot of them when I tested it. They do not pay that much each, so reaching the $10 threshold takes patience.
- You will not always qualify
You first answer profiling questions. Only if you qualify do you get the real survey and the reward. In my experience, you will not always qualify.
- Double-check your payout details
Yo Opinion is not responsible for typing errors in your PayPal email or bank details, so check them before you cash out.
- You need to share your phone number
The sign-up asks for your postal address and sends a verification code to your mobile phone by SMS.
My takeYo Opinion is a pretty one-dimensional survey site. You just answer surveys, and if there are no surveys, you cannot earn. It pays little per survey, and with the payout reports from readers, I suggest you use other survey sites, as there are many better options, in my opinion.

When you click a survey, you first answer profiling questions to see if the survey is relevant to you. If you qualify, you answer the real survey and get the promised reward.

But there were not a lot of surveys available when I tested it, so it is quite hard to earn regularly.
Monthly prize drawLuck only
Every month, Yo Opinion holds a prize draw where you can win around $250 in cash or prizes. You qualify by answering the required number of mini-polls, and by completing your profile questionnaires (only once).
It is not something you can depend on, but it gives you a chance at extra rewards.
How much can you make?
Not much. Yo Opinion has limited earning opportunities, so it is hard to earn regularly. Even with a survey invite, you only earn if you qualify, and the surveys do not pay that much each.
The threshold is relatively low, but you need to be very patient to reach it. Overall, the earning potential is quite low, and you will not earn a significant amount quickly.
