The Panel Station Review 2026: Is It Legit? Pros, Cons and My Verdict

Panel Station Rating

The Panel Station has decent survey options in many countries. It can be an ok way to earn a bit extra by sharing your opinion, but be aware that some surveys just earn you coins and not guaranteed rewards.

I tested The Panel Station and made a video of how it works. It is legit, it has a convenient app and it is open in many countries, but you only get a few surveys at a time and it does not pay through PayPal. In October 2026 I logged in again to see what it offers now. It has a new system with points and coins. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend next to it.

Legit survey app with a new points and coins system

Research surveys pay points and Pulse surveys pay coins, in an app that is open in many countries. No PayPal, no cash, and only a few surveys at a time. Rewards are vouchers, and I have not verified a payout.

Good for you ifYou live in one of its countries and want a secondary survey site you can use on your phone.

The short answer

The Panel Station is a legit survey panel and not a scam, and it has existed for many years. Most surveys are done in its app. It now has two types of surveys: Research surveys pay points, and Pulse surveys pay coins.

But you only get a few surveys at a time, and it does not pay through PayPal or in cash. Rewards are vouchers. The Panel Station’s FAQ says they arrive within 3 to 5 working days, and an email to members says 24 hours. I have not verified a payout, and when I first tested it, vouchers took 6 to 8 weeks. Its support is not very responsive, in my experience. It is a decent secondary survey site, next to other survey panels.

What I like
  • Has a convenient app for Android and iOS
  • Available in many countries
  • Gift vouchers, coupons and digital rewards, from 350 points in some countries
  • Says rewards arrive within 3 to 5 working days
  • Says valid survey attempts earn 3,000 coins, even when you do not qualify
What I don’t like
  • Only a few surveys at a time
  • No PayPal, and no cash: rewards are vouchers
  • I have not verified a payout
  • Support is slow, and sometimes does not answer
  • Only one member per household

My experience with The Panel Station

I joined The Panel Station, took surveys, used the app and contacted the support team myself. I also made a video of how it works. In October 2026 I logged in again and went through everything to see what it offers now. This is what I looked at, and what I did not test.

I made a video that gives you an inside look at how it works. You can read all the details below the video.

Note: the video shows an older version of The Panel Station. The design, the rewards and the points system have changed since then. The text and screenshots on this page are the latest.

Is The Panel Station legit and safe?

Yes, The Panel Station is a legit survey panel and not a scam. But that does not automatically make it a good fit for you. Here is what you should know.

  • I have not verified how fast rewards arrive

The Panel Station’s FAQ says rewards are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days. An email to members says 24 hours. I have not redeemed a reward since the change, so I cannot confirm either. When I first tested it, vouchers took 6 to 8 weeks, and some readers wrote that their points stayed under review for weeks.

  • Readers report blocked accounts

Several readers wrote in 2019 and 2020 that their account was suspended or temporarily blocked without warning, and that support did not reply. If you use a VPN to look like you are in another country, it is seen as fraud.

  • Support is slow

The Panel Station says most support requests are resolved on the same day. When I contacted it, it sometimes took many days, and sometimes I got no reply at all. Support is by email only.

  • One member per household

If several people in your household join, you risk that all the accounts are closed and you lose your earnings.

  • Points expire after 365 days

The FAQ says reward points expire 365 days after you earn them. You can quit at any time, but you cannot cash out points that are not at a redeemable amount. Redeem your points in time.

  • Bid to Win is a contest

Coins are used in Bid to Win. The Panel Station calls it a contest where you use coins for a chance to win rewards, so a win is not guaranteed. In my account, it looked like a bidding system.

My takeThe Panel Station can be a decent secondary survey site to join if you can join. However, you should make sure to also join other survey panels as well to get enough opportunities. Rewards look faster on paper now, but I have not verified a payout yet.

The Panel Station has only a few surveys at a time and no PayPal. Join the top survey sites in your country next to it.

How you earn on The Panel Station

Surveys are the main way to earn. Tap one to read more.

Research surveysPoints
The Panel Station describes its two survey types: Research surveys that earn the most points, and short Pulse surveys

Research surveys are the core studies on The Panel Station, and they earn the most points. You redeem points for rewards. Each survey shows its points and its time before you start. The Research surveys I saw were 360 points for 15 minutes and 119 points for 30 minutes.

Most surveys are done through the app. An email from The Panel Station says eligible studies done in its mobile app give you 2X points.

When I looked, only a few surveys were available at a time. The Panel Station says there is no fixed limit per week, and that it depends on how many surveys are on your dashboard.

Pulse surveysCoins
The available surveys in my The Panel Station account: Pulse surveys that pay 10,000 coins and Research surveys that pay points

Pulse surveys are short check-ins. The ones I saw took 5 minutes and each paid 10,000 coins. The Panel Station says coins are credited instantly.

In my account, it looked like a bidding system. The Panel Station’s FAQ calls it Bid to Win: a contest where you use coins for a chance to win rewards. Coins do not expire, and you can also convert points into coins to take part.

If you do not qualify, you can still be paid. The email to members says valid attempts get a standard credit of 3,000 coins, even when a survey reaches its quota or your profile does not match. Abandoned surveys and failed quality checks do not count. The FAQ also says you can get coins when a survey ends as quota full or terminated.

Bonus activities and clubsExtra coins and points

The Panel Station says you can earn coins through engagement activities, special promotions and surprise bonuses. It also has Exclusive Clubs, and club members get extra reward points on every successful survey. I did not see these when I looked. I only saw the two survey types above.

How much can you make?

Like every other market research site, you’re not going to get rich by taking surveys on The Panel Station. You can make some nice extra money on the side, but you should not do it if you expect to make a living from it.

With only a few surveys at a time, The Panel Station alone will not give you a lot of earning opportunities. Join other survey sites too.

The low payout threshold helps. In some countries you can redeem from 350 points, so once you take surveys regularly, the rewards can come to you regularly as well.

How you get paid

MethodMinimumSpeed
Gift vouchers and exclusive couponsDepends on your country, from 350 pointsThe FAQ says 3 to 5 working days. An email to members says 24 hours. You get an email when the reward is ready.
Digital rewardsDepends on your country, from 350 pointsThe Panel Station says the codes are delivered instantly to your email.

You earn points from Research surveys and coins from Pulse surveys. You redeem points for rewards. You can redeem once a day, up to five times a month, and The Panel Station says there are no redemption fees. The FAQ says reward points expire 365 days after you earn them.

Coins do not expire. You can use them in Bid to Win, a contest where you use coins for a chance to win rewards, and you can also convert points into coins for it. An email to members says coins are also converted into Bonus Points each month, based on the Research surveys you complete.

The Panel Station does not pay via PayPal. PayPal used to be an option, but it no longer is. It does not pay cash or bank transfers either. Rewards are vouchers. If you see PayPal mentioned elsewhere, that information is out of date. For cash, see the top survey sites that pay via PayPal, or the survey sites that pay quickly.

The Panel Station’s FAQ says rewards are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days after you request them. An email to members says rewards are processed within 24 hours. I have not redeemed a reward since this change, so I cannot confirm either. When I first tested it, vouchers took 6 to 8 weeks.

What points are worth and what you can redeem

Points are worth different amounts in each country, and so are the minimum and the rewards. Tap one to read more.

What points are worthDepends on your country
The Panel Station points table for the US: 350 points are worth $1, 1,700 points $5 and 3,000 points $10

The table shows the US. 350 points are worth $1, 1,700 points are worth $5 and 3,000 points are worth $10. Every country has its own table. You can pick your country in the table on the How it works page of The Panel Station. It shows 15 countries.

The minimum to redeem also depends on your country: 350 points in the US and UK, 400 in Egypt, 500 in India and Indonesia, 600 in Saudi Arabia, 700 in the UAE, Germany and Nigeria, 800 in Australia, 1,000 in Kenya and South Africa, 2,500 in Mexico, 2,700 in Brazil and 8,500 in Turkey.

Rewards you can redeemVouchers, coupons, digital rewards
The Panel Station reward options: gift vouchers, exclusive coupons and digital rewards

You can redeem points for gift vouchers, exclusive coupons and digital rewards. Digital rewards are codes that The Panel Station says it sends instantly to your email. The options and brands depend on your country. You see them in your member area. You cannot redeem for cash or a bank transfer.

To redeem, go to the “You” section, check “Your Earnings” and choose a voucher. You get an email when the voucher is in your dashboard.

App, countries and support

The Panel Station is designed to be used through its free app for Android and Apple devices. Because you use an app, you do not have to worry about a website that does not load properly on your phone. Based on what I observed, the app is quite intuitive.

The Panel Station says it is available in more than 60 countries. The table with the points values shows 15 of them. The list below is from my earlier check, so your country may be missing from it. If you open its website from a country where it is not available, you only see a “Coming soon” page. You could join if you were a legal resident of the US, India, Brazil, South Africa, Indonesia, UAE, Thailand, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Russia, Turkey, Philippines, Egypt, Argentina, Kenya, UK, Malaysia, Colombia, Poland, Vietnam, Korea, Chile, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, Germany, Italy, Kuwait, Hong Kong, France, Ghana, New Zealand, Qatar, China, Peru or Ecuador. Even then, it can be closed to new members for a month, or your profile may not fit what it is looking for.

To join, sign up on its website with your email or mobile number. It only takes a few minutes.

For help, use the FAQ on the website, or email the support team at care@thepanelstation.com. Support is by email only, so there is no phone or live chat.

  2. Hi Mike! I have almost 3k points still under review for over 3 weeks since I took the surveys. Is it normal? Cuz I wonder why they still give me surveys when my rewards are still under review for that long. I haven’t even redeemed it yet. So, are you saying if I redeem after my points have been reviewed, it’s still going to take over 3 weeks to receive my rewards?

    • Only their support can help you with this and tell if they will unblock. Unfortunately, their support is, in general, not very responsive. But the only thing you can do is to try to keep writing them if you have not heard back in a few days.

  5. TPS is my first GTP site. it is legit and provides rewards regularly. it gives monthly rentention and badge points too. but the problem is they suspend accounts without any prior warning. i have completed almost 50 surveys in 3 months and earned almost 25000 points and boom account got suspended. i feel it is a trick not to pay to the panelists. but worth a try and pays more than any others sites. wish they never block accounts..:(

  6. Though panel station has been one of my favourite websites, it seems to be going thru some server error problems since past 2 days, 3 of my surveys on which i spend 30 mins each completing it ended up with “looks like u were in a hurry” and didnt pay me, i answered all questions carefully, have wrote to their help team, they haven’t replied yet, hope its not going scam, won’t be doing any surveys till they rectify that error, its like wasting more than 30 mins on every survey knowing they wont pay in the end
