SurveysEmail Review (5 Reasons It Might Not Be Worth It)

SurveysEmail Rating

SurveysEmail does give real ways to earn and pays out through legit methods. It does however not have as good and as many opportunities as many similar sites.

SurveysEmail is a get-paid-to site that pays you for surveys, offers and emails. I joined and tested it myself. Below is what it offers, how you get paid, and which sites I would pick first.

Partially Tested Last tested

Legit, but low rewards and few ways to earn

Open in all countries. Surveys pay $0.50, and you need $15 in cash for PayPal or $15 in points for an Amazon gift card.

Good for you ifYou want to join as many GPT sites as possible and have a lot of time.
Skip it ifYou want to focus on the best-paying sites, or earn on your phone.

The short answer

SurveysEmail is legit. It offers real ways to earn, and it pays through PayPal once you reach $15.

But it has limited earning opportunities, and the rewards are lower than on many other sites for the exact same surveys. Points from offers cannot be cashed out to PayPal, and the website is not optimized for mobile. It is not a site I can recommend. The top sites in your country give you better value for your time.

What I like
  • Free to join
  • Offers payout through PayPal
  • Available worldwide
What I don’t like
  • Limited earning opportunities
  • Low rewards compared to similar sites
  • Not optimized for mobile
  • Can take patience to reach the payout threshold
  • Not very user-friendly

My experience with SurveysEmail

Is SurveysEmail legit and safe?

SurveysEmail is legit: it offers real ways to earn and legit payout methods. That does not mean it is worth your time. Here is what you should know.

  • Lower rewards for the same surveys

You get $0.50 per survey. On PrizeRebel, for example, some of the exact same surveys pay around $0.80. Over time, this difference adds up.

  • Your earnings are split in two

Surveys pay cash, which you cash out to PayPal from $15. Offers from the offerwalls pay points, which you can only use for Amazon gift cards from 1,500 points ($15), or to get more paid emails. So it takes longer to reach a payout.

  • No information about the owners

I have not been able to find much background information about SurveysEmail. It could look like it has the same owner as Quick Pay Survey, but I have not been able to verify this.

  • Hard to use on mobile

The website is not mobile-optimized, so it is difficult to use on smaller screens, and you have to scroll in and out a lot.

  • A reader reports missing points

One reader wrote that the points from completed surveys were not credited, and that nobody responded when they contacted SurveysEmail.

My takeWhen I put all the pros and cons together and compare SurveysEmail to similar platforms, it is just not a site I can recommend. It does not give as good opportunities or as good value for the time spent. I have decided not to spend more time on it. The top sites in your country give a lot better overall opportunities.

How you earn on SurveysEmail

SurveysEmail has 6 sections where you can earn or save. Surveys are the main one. Tap one to read more.

Paid surveys$0.50 per survey
The paid surveys on SurveysEmail

SurveysEmail offers paid surveys through two survey providers. You click a link, take the survey on an external site, and get paid into your SurveysEmail account.

In my experience, both providers are pretty good, with quite a lot of opportunities. But $0.50 per survey is on the lower end for these providers. Many survey sites pay a lot more for the exact same surveys.

Paid offersFew offers
The offerwalls under the Points tab on SurveysEmail

The offers section shows the same two survey providers as the survey section, just with a small banner. So you cannot find any offers there.

If you go to the “Points” tab in the main menu, you find a small box with a few offerwalls. It is easy to overlook, and it does not offer as much as many similar sites. Offers pay points, not cash. Read more about paid offers on offerwalls.

Paid emailsUp to $0.05 each
The GPE limit for paid emails on SurveysEmail

Once you are a member, you start receiving emails. By clicking the links in an email, you can get paid up to $0.05.

The number of paid emails you can get depends on your GPE (guaranteed paid email), a number from 0 to 100. It starts at 100 and goes down with every email. At 0, you no longer receive paid emails. You can increase it by being active on the site. It is not a way to earn much, but it does not take a lot of time.

Cashback when shopping onlineFew shops
Cashback shops on SurveysEmail

You can get cash back when you shop online through the links. The number of shops is quite low compared to similar sites. If you like cashback, Swagbucks has an amazing shopping section with a bigger variety of shops and often bigger rewards.

Monthly jackpotLuck only
The monthly jackpot on SurveysEmail

You get an entry into the monthly prize draw every time you complete a survey or offer, or use the shopping section. The jackpot grows by $0.01 every time a member is rewarded for a survey, offer and so on. From what I saw, it will not be a huge jackpot.

CouponsNo pay

The coupon section is just a link to coupons.com. There is no real reason to go to the coupon section on SurveysEmail.

How much can you make?

I honestly do not think SurveysEmail has very good earning opportunities. No GPT site will make you rich, but on SurveysEmail, the opportunities and rewards are not as good as on many similar sites.

In my opinion, you should only join if you want to join as many GPT sites as possible and have a lot of time. If you want to focus your time on the best GPT sites, there are a lot better options.

Payout methods and minimum

MethodMinimumPaid with
PayPal$15Cash
Amazon gift card1,500 points ($15)Points

Points from the offerwalls cannot be used for PayPal cash. You can only use them for Amazon gift cards or to increase your GPE. Because your earnings are spread out, it takes longer to reach a payout threshold.
