Warning: I have not been able to withdraw from RewardsXXL for months
Every time I try to redeem, I just get an error, and there is no longer a way to contact their support. I no longer recommend RewardsXXL.
I joined RewardsXXL, earned points and got my first payout through PayPal. Since then, it has changed a lot. Below is what happened, how it works, what readers report, and which sites I recommend instead.

RewardsXXL is a Get-Paid-To (GPT) site with surveys, tasks and bonus points. When I first joined, it paid me through PayPal without problems.
But for the last few months, I get an error whenever I try to redeem, so I have not been able to cash out my earnings. There is also no longer a way to contact their support. That is why I changed my verdict: it is no longer a platform I recommend.

My experience with RewardsXXL
I joined RewardsXXL, tried its earning methods and got my first payout. Then the problems started. This is what I did myself, and what I did not test.

Is RewardsXXL legit and safe?
RewardsXXL paid me when I first joined, so it was a real GPT site. But right now, I cannot cash out, and that is what matters most.
- I cannot withdraw
For the last few months, I just get an error on the website whenever I try to redeem. It does not matter how fast you earn if you cannot redeem.
- No way to contact support
There is no FAQ section, and the message button for their AI assistant has been removed. I can no longer find a way to contact their support.
- Slower payouts than promised
RewardsXXL lists 24 to 72 hours. A reader wrote in May 2026 that his PayPal payment took 7 days.
- Some tasks ask you to spend money
The higher-paying tasks can ask you to make an in-game purchase.
My takeI really liked RewardsXXL when I first joined. But because I have not been able to withdraw for months and cannot get in contact with their support, it is no longer a platform I recommend. I am still hoping they will fix the issues, and I will update this review if they do.
How you earn on RewardsXXL
There are 4 ways to earn points. Keep in mind that I currently cannot redeem them. Tap one to read more.
Paid surveysPoints per survey
Click a survey and go through the qualifying process first. If you qualify, you answer the actual survey and get the points shown in the survey offer.
If you get disqualified, you move on to the next survey. After a certain number of disqualifications, you can claim bonus points.
How many surveys you see depends mostly on your location. The US, UK and Canada get more than other countries.
Bonus pointsBonus points
Click the Crown icon in the member dashboard to see how to claim bonus points. For example, you get bonus points for completing 10 tasks or surveys.
Every time you earn 500 points from surveys and tasks, you get a hammer for the Piggy Bank game and a ticket for the scratch game. A scratch ticket wins 1 to 50 points, or the jackpot shown in the piggy bank.
TasksPoints per task
Tasks are paid offers. Most ask you to play mobile games and reach a certain level, so you need your phone.
Some ask you to make an in-game purchase. Those pay more, because you spend money. You get points for each task you complete; you do not have to finish the whole offer.
Referral program10% commission
Share your referral link. People who sign up through it earn 10% more coins for the next 24 hours, and you get a 10% commission every time they earn.

RewardsXXL lists payouts as processed within 24 to 72 hours. That is how it was when I first joined and got my first payout. For the last few months, I have not been able to cash out at all.

A first PayPal withdrawal stayed pending for days and arrived after 7 days, not the 24 to 72 hours RewardsXXL lists (May 2026).
Phone verification codes that never came, referrals that disappeared, and an account a reader could not get back into. Support did not reply or did not fix it.
How many surveys you get depends on your country.

I received the paypal payment yesterday Mike, it basically took 7 whole day, not the 24 to 72 hours RewardsXXL promised, now I don’t know if I should bother with them anymore since they take so much time to send payments or is it going to be different for subsequent withdrawals? Can you find out?

Right now, I also have issues with getting info from them and they do not reply, so I cannot do anything to get more info. It was so fast and great when I first joined. Hope it will improve again but will keep an eye on it and update the review accordingly.
Hi Mike, its been 3 days since I placed my first withdrawal and it’s still pending, this is my first withdrawal (£3.8) I don’t know why and also is this how subsequent withdrawals are going to turn out, bc I contacted their support and got no reply
Their support might be a bit slower because of the weekend. But overall, there has also been some things recently where I have had issues on the site, so I am keeping an eye on it and will update this review accordingly if nothing improves again. Please keep me updated about how it goes.

Looks a bit closer to site that wastes its users time or did’nt take user queries seriously.
I know they have had some tracking issues in general. I am sure that if you just give them a few days, they will fix it. If not, just contact them again and remind them. Let me know how it goes.
I joined but it won’t register my phone number as it says it can’t send the verification code. I asked their support but they didn’t respond. I am from the uk and I am not using vpns or adblockers so I am not sure of the issue.
Hopefully their support will get back to you soon, as they are the only ones who can help with this.

As I explain above, how many opportunities there are will depend a lot on your country. In general, it will take patience to find surveys in NG.
