Is Qmee Legit and a Safe Way to Earn? (Review + Rating)

Qmee Rating

Qmee offers a few ways to earn. It has a decent number of surveys and is easy to use. It can be worth considering if you live in the US, UK, CA, AU, DE, or FR even though there are better sites.

I checked out Qmee to see if it is worth your time. It is legit, it pays in cash with no minimum payout, but it is only open in six countries. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.

Partially Tested Re-tested Oct 2026

The short answer

Qmee is legit, and you can earn as a member. It is a paid survey site that also lets you earn from mobile games and cashback offers. It has no minimum payout, which is quite unique.

But it is only available in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and France, it can take patience to find surveys you qualify for, and some rewards are a bit low. It can be worth considering, but there are better sites.

Is Qmee legit and safe?

Yes, Qmee is legit, because you can earn as a member. But that does not necessarily mean it is the right opportunity for you. Here is what you should know.

  • Only six countries

Qmee is only available in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and France. Its FAQ has said for years that more countries are coming soon, but it has only opened up for 2 more countries since I first tested it.

  • You will not qualify for every survey

The surveys come from third-party providers. That gives you access to many surveys, but it can take patience to find the ones you qualify for. Some readers report that they were screened out after spending time on a survey.

  • Some readers report frozen accounts

In 2022 and 2023, a few readers wrote that their account was locked or that they could not cash out. Other readers told me they were paid. Do not use a VPN, answer honestly and do not rush through surveys. If you have an issue, contact the support.

  • You need a verified PayPal account

Qmee pays mainly through PayPal, and you need a verified PayPal account to get paid. Get your account verified before you join.

  • Support can be mixed

Qmee seems to respond quickly, for example to negative reviews on Trustpilot. I once got a quick reply, but I have also contacted them without ever hearing back. Sometimes you may need to write several times.

My takeOverall, Qmee is a decent survey site to join, and it will give you the chance to earn some extra cash. It is especially unique in the way that it does not have a minimum payout threshold. But it can be a good idea to also join some of the best paying survey sites, as it will give you more chances of earning if you join more sites.

Qmee is only open in six countries. The top sites in your country pay more per survey.

How you earn on Qmee

There are 4 ways to earn. Surveys are the main one. Tap one to read more.

Paid surveysMain earner
Surveys on Qmee

Qmee is first of all a paid survey site, and it offers a decent number of surveys. The surveys come from third-party providers: you find them on Qmee, and when you click one, you take it on another site.

This gives you access to quite a lot of surveys. But it can take some patience to find the surveys you qualify for. Not qualifying right away is very normal.

From what I have seen, the surveys pay decently in relation to the time spent, but not as high rewards as the top paying survey sites.

Playing gamesTakes a lot of time
Mobile games on Qmee

You can earn by playing the featured mobile games. There are not that many, so your options are limited. Each game has a set of tasks, like reaching a certain level within a specific time or unlocking a milestone.

You do not have to complete all the tasks, so you can stop anytime. The reward for each task is credited once you complete it. It is a simple way to earn, but you have to invest a lot of time.

Cashback offersA percentage back
Cashback offers on Qmee

You get back a percentage of what you spend online anyway. There are a decent number of cashback offers, but they pale in comparison to cashback sites, in my opinion. Swagbucks has much better cashback options.

Read the details of each offer, so you buy the right product to get the cashback.

Referral program£1/$1 per friend

You have to be a member for a while before you get a referral link, but Qmee does not say how long. Then you choose between three links:

Link 1: you get £1/$1 the first time your friend gets paid through PayPal · Link 2: you and your friend both get 50p/50c · Link 3: you give the whole reward to your friend.

You only get the reward when your friend cashes out for the first time, so only invite friends who are really interested.

How much can you make?

Surveys are the main way to earn. With a little patience to find the surveys you qualify for, you can definitely make some extra cash. But do not expect it to make you rich or give you a full-time income.

If you combine Qmee with some of the best survey sites in your country, you increase your chances of earning.

Payout methods

MethodNotes
PayPalThe main way to get paid. No minimum payout. You need a verified PayPal account.
Gift cardsOnly available at times
Charity donationYou donate your earnings instead of cashing out

One thing that is quite unique about Qmee is that there is no minimum payout limit. In theory, you can cash out when you have earned $0.10. That makes most sense for your first payout, to confirm you get your money before you spend more time.

    • Qmee definitely pays, and thousands of my followers have been paid but them. But as mentioned in the review above, it is not necessarily a platform I recommend. But if you have any issues, just reach out to their support.

  2. So far for me I’ve earned 1.90 doing surveys and they paid it within 1 hour into my PayPal, with no questions asked.

So far, this is a 100% legit survey rewards site that really does pay and there is minimum amount you must get to in order to request a payout, which is really nice and rare.

You can use this to make quick small money here and there and it really does work in the end.

They paid the amount in CAD, which indicates they could be good for Canadians that are signed up.

  4. 8 out of 10 surveys will decline you. 5 out of the 8 surveys will decline you after you wasted your time and finished the entire survey. This app may not be a complete scam, but they are extremely unethical.

  5. Qmee is a scam. I did a number of surveys to best of my knowledge and earned $14.
Then my account got locked and there were no more surveys because they were unhappy with my responses – fine.

When I tried to withdraw my rewards I couldnt cuz account was frozen. This is what indicates a scam to mem

    • Nope, it’s not a scam. iIt takes time to earn a decent amount as the payments are low, but this seems to be the same with most of these survey sites. I’ve earned over £150.00 so far but it’s taken a while and a load of surveys.

If your account is frozen get in touch with them, they have always replied quickly when I’ve got in touch with them. Are you using other survey sites and answering the same surveys on them? From what I have read this can cause sites to freeze your account.

It’s a legit site, *I’ve no connection to them apart from being a user of it’s site and surveys
