MindMover Connect is a legit UK survey panel that pays you for answering its surveys. Some surveys pay decently, and the site is mobile-friendly.
But there are few surveys, so the earning potential is low. You can only redeem vouchers, not cash, once you reach 2,000 points (£20), and the voucher can take up to 30 days to arrive. One reader reported in 2022 that he was still waiting for his payout. It should not be the only survey site you rely on.

Is MindMover Connect legit and safe?
Yes, MindMover Connect is a legit survey site that pays you for answering its surveys. But it has major flaws, in my opinion. Here is what you should know before you join.
- Few surveys
Based on my experience while examining the site, surveys are few and hard to come by. If there are no surveys available, you cannot earn anything.
- Vouchers only, from £20
MindMover Connect used to offer PayPal cash, but now you can only get paid in vouchers. You need 2,000 points (£20) to redeem, which is quite a high threshold.
- Slow payouts
It takes up to 30 days before you receive your voucher. One reader wrote in September 2022 that he had been waiting for his £20 payout since April 2022 and got no reply from support.
- Points expire
Your points expire after 12 months, so redeem them every time you reach the threshold. You can redeem a maximum of £40 per 30 days.
- Surveys fill up fast
Most surveys have a maximum number of respondents. If you are sent back to the dashboard in the middle of a survey, that number has most likely been reached. Check your email often and answer quickly.
My takeMindMover Connect is a legit survey site that does pay you for answering its surveys. It does have some appeal, but its main flaw is the low earning potential. It is only relevant if you want to earn vouchers, and you should not expect to earn quickly because of the high payout threshold. How you earn on MindMover Connect
There is only one way to earn: paid surveys.

Log in to the member dashboard and go to the survey section to see the surveys you can take. Each survey shows how many points you get for completing it. MindMover Connect also emails you when there are surveys for you.
Before the actual survey, you go through a short screening to check that you fit the group the survey is for. If you qualify, you answer the survey. If not, you move on to the next one.
Longer and more difficult surveys pay more points. Answer as soon as you get an invite, because most surveys close when they have enough respondents.

How much can you make?
It mostly depends on how many surveys you get and qualify for, and you cannot do much to change that. A survey is worth between 50 and 1,000 points.
Based on my experience while examining the site, the surveys are few and hard to come by. MindMover Connect also says on its website that you can redeem a maximum of £40 per 30 days, so that is the most you can earn, and even that will be hard.
So the earning potential is pretty low compared to many other survey sites I have tested.

They don’t payout when you get to £20 anymore. I have been waiting for mine since April 1st, 2022. Are they running an April fools joke? I contacted them above in the way you say above but no reply so I stopped doing the surveys. I complained on Trustpilot but they no longer reply to that either. Are they still in business? If yes they still have the cheek to send surveys
