The short answer

Madai is legit. I really got paid when I tested it, and I show the payment proof in my video. It is a unique survey site, because it values your privacy above everything else, and it pays well per survey compared to most other survey sites.

But it can be a bit confusing the first few times you use it, especially the redemption page. And there will not always be surveys available. How many you get depends on your profile and your country.

What I like
  • Pays a decent amount per survey
  • Values your privacy above anything else
  • Available more or less worldwide
  • The site is mobile-friendly
  • Cash out from $5
  • No promotional emails
What I don’t like
  • Can be a bit confusing the first few times you use it
  • There will not always be surveys available
  • No mobile app
  • Three reward options: PayPal, Amazon gift cards and Bitcoin vouchers

My experience with Madai

I tested Madai myself, answered surveys and redeemed a reward. I have also talked to the team behind it. This is what I did myself, and what I did not test.

Is Madai legit and safe?

Yes, Madai is legit. I really got paid when I tested it. But there are a few things you should know before you start.

  • The redemption page can be confusing

It says “Cash Out or Buy at $” and an amount. You do not have to buy anything. You can withdraw directly once you have earned at least $5. The buy option is only there to get the highest gift card value, which was $25 when I tested it.

  • Small click rewards fluctuate

You earn a small amount for clicking the Earn More buttons, even before you answer surveys. That amount fluctuates. What you earn from surveys does not.

  • Not always surveys available

It depends on your profile and your location. In some countries you will basically always have surveys; in others you need patience. Answer the profile questions honestly.

  • Never use a VPN

Madai detects VPNs. When it sees you use one, it will not let you redeem your rewards.

  • Register to keep your earnings

Madai remembers your progress without an account, but I still recommend registering with your email. Then you keep your earnings and can use the same account on another device.

My takeMadai is one of the first survey sites I have encountered that values your privacy like this, and it pays well per survey. I have talked to the team behind it, and they have already made several improvements based on my suggestions. That is very unusual for a survey site, in my experience. It has a good amount of surveys, but it is still a good idea to combine it with other top survey sites in your country.

How you earn on Madai

You earn by answering surveys. Tap a step to read more.

Choose your reward and startNo account needed
Earn More buttons and surveys on Madai

Click the “Start Earning” button on the website. You do not log in to a member dashboard to see surveys. First you choose the reward you want to earn: PayPal, Amazon gift cards or Bitcoin vouchers.

Then you click the Earn More buttons. You already earn a small amount for clicking them. The amount fluctuates, so I cannot say how much you get.

Bot check and profile questionsA few minutes

You verify that you are not a bot. Then Madai’s smart matching system asks you a few profile questions to find surveys for you. None of them ask for sensitive information like your name or email address.

Paid surveysMain earner

You see the survey that Madai believes matches your profile best. In most cases, you answer a few qualifying questions first. If you qualify, you answer the survey and earn the reward, and then you see the next survey that matches your profile.

If you do not qualify, move on to the next survey, or come back another time. The site remembers where you left off and how much you have earned.

How much can you make?

It depends on how many surveys you can answer. Madai pays well per survey compared to most other survey sites, so you can earn a significant amount quickly.

How many surveys you get depends on your profile and location, which you have no control over. Be honest in the profile questions. Overall, it has decent earning potential, but you need patience, because there will not always be surveys available.

Payout methods and minimum

MethodMinimumNotes
PayPal$5Sent to the email you enter when you redeem
Amazon gift cards$5Sent by email
Bitcoin vouchers$5Sent by email

To redeem, click “Redeem”. You see a summary of your order and enter your name and email address. This is the only time Madai asks for personal information, because it needs to know where to send the voucher. Click “We Pay You”, and the reward is sent to you by email.

You do not have to buy anything. The “Buy” option on the redemption page is only for getting the highest gift card value before you have earned it. The team behind Madai says it is working on more reward options and a clearer redemption page.

Is Madai worth it in your country?

Madai is a global platform, but how many surveys you get depends on where you live. Pick your country to see where Madai stands on my list of the best sites there.

    • As I explain in the review above, you get some coommunity earnings just by clicking. The earnings from surveys does not fluctuate, but as I explain and show in the video, the earnings from community actitivties will fluctuate. I know this can be a bit confusing at first, but what you actually earn from surveys will not fluctuate and the rest is just once in a whole free money by clicking that can fluctuate.
