I went through the process of answering a Liveminds survey to see how it works. It pays well per survey, through PayPal and without a threshold, but there are very few surveys. Below is what I found, and which sites I would pick first.
Legit and pays well per survey, but surveys are rare
Usually around £10 or more per survey, paid through PayPal with no threshold. You find the surveys through Facebook ads and posts, and they are rare.

The short answer
Liveminds is legit. It is a market research company, and it pays you for the surveys you complete. It pays rather decently, usually around £10 or more per survey, through PayPal and without a payout threshold.
But there are very few surveys, and you have to qualify for each one. Liveminds has no member dashboard. You find its surveys through Facebook ads and posts, so you have to be a bit lucky. It can be worth it as an extra site, but not as a site you rely on.
- No payout threshold
- Pays via PayPal
- Pays quite well for every survey you complete
- Limited earning opportunities
- You have to keep checking Facebook for opportunities
- No member dashboard and no FAQ page
- The app is no longer on Google Play or the App Store
My experience with Liveminds
Liveminds does not explain on its website how its surveys work, so I went through the process of answering a survey myself. This is what I did, and what I did not test.

Is Liveminds legit and safe?
Yes, Liveminds is a legit company that pays you for the surveys you complete. But it is not a typical survey site. Here is what you should know before you start.
- Very few surveys
Liveminds does not post on its Facebook page very often. You can consider yourself lucky if you qualify for a survey every couple of months. So you cannot earn from it reliably.
- You have to qualify first
Every survey starts with a pre-screening questionnaire. Only if you qualify do you get to take the survey and earn the reward.
- Little information on the website
The Liveminds website is made for clients, not for panelists. It does not explain how you earn, and there is no FAQ page. Most of the information comes with the ad you click.
- The app is gone
When I first tested it, Liveminds asked you to answer the survey in its app. The app is no longer on Google Play or the App Store, so for the actual work, you will most likely need a computer.
- They may ask for extra details
Depending on your country, Liveminds may ask for your bank details or a form of ID before it pays you. Usually, they only ask for your PayPal account.
My takeWhat I like about Liveminds is that you do not have to reach a threshold. They pay you every time you complete a survey, and they pay quite well. But there simply are not a lot of opportunities to earn. Because of the high rewards, it can be worth considering as an extra site. Just make sure to also join other sites to get enough survey opportunities.
How you earn on Liveminds
There is only one way to earn: paid surveys.
Paid surveysUsually around £10 or more
Liveminds has no member dashboard. It finds participants through Facebook. Sometimes it posts a survey on its Facebook page, but more often it runs ads to show its surveys to the people it thinks are the best match. So like and follow its Facebook page, and keep an eye on its X page too.
When you click an opportunity, you land on a page that tells you what the survey is about and what you will earn. The “Go to Questionnaire” button takes you to the pre-screening questionnaire. Answer it honestly. At the end, you see if you qualify.
If you qualify, Liveminds asks for your account details. When you finish the survey, you get the promised reward.

How much can you make?
It mostly depends on how often you can complete a survey. Liveminds pays rather decently, usually around £10 or more per survey.
But the earning potential is still quite low, because there are not a lot of surveys, and you have to qualify for each one. Based on what I saw on their Facebook page, you can consider yourself lucky if you qualify for one every couple of months.
Because of the fairly high reward per survey, it can still be worth considering as an extra site. Just do not expect too much from it.
How you get paid
| Method | Minimum | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | None | Make sure your PayPal account is verified. It can take a few days before the money arrives. |
| Bank details or ID | None | Only in some countries, if Liveminds asks for them |
You earn a set amount for every survey you complete, usually in US dollars, or in British pounds if you live in the UK. You do not have to reach a threshold. Liveminds pays you after each survey, but do not expect the money right away.
