I tested iSurveyWorld to find out if it is worth your time. You get a $5 joining bonus, but you are bombarded with promotional offers and ads, and the payout threshold is high. Below is what I found, what readers report, and which sites I would pick first.

A $5 bonus, but offers everywhere and a high $25 threshold
A $5 joining bonus, but few surveys in many countries, a $25 PayPal threshold, and promotional offers everywhere.

The short answer
iSurveyWorld has existed since 2013. You can earn on it, and I have heard from people who were paid by it. I have not been paid by it myself, because I never reached the threshold. Several readers report that they reached the threshold and did not get their money.
You are bombarded with promotional offers and ads, even in the survey section, and in many countries there are hardly any surveys. The payout threshold is a high $25, PayPal only. The best survey sites in your country give a better user experience and better earning opportunities, in my opinion.
- It is free to join
- You get a $5 joining bonus
- Pays through PayPal
- Several readers report payouts that did not arrive
- You get bombarded with offers in the joining process
- High payout threshold of $25
- Not all the offers they promote are of quality
- There are ads everywhere on the site
- Few or no surveys in many countries
My experience with iSurveyWorld
I joined iSurveyWorld, went through the sign-up offers, looked for surveys and clicked the links to the survey sites it recommends. I also made a video that gives you an inside look. This is what I tested, and what I did not test.

- The joining bonus and the payout rules
- A payout. I have not been paid by iSurveyWorld, because I never reached the $25 threshold.

Inside iSurveyWorld: my video
I made a video tutorial to give you an inside look and show you exactly how iSurveyWorld works. The screenshots below are from my test.
Screenshots from my test
iSurveyWorld at a glance
| What it is | Survey site with many promotional offers. Around since 2013. |
|---|---|
| Cost to join | Free |
| Joining bonus | $5 |
| Ways to earn | Paid surveys. Many items in the survey list are promotional offers. |
| Minimum cashout | $25 |
| Payout method | PayPal only |
| Where it works best | Argentina, Brazil, Australia, Canada, Spain, the UK and the US. In other countries, you may never get enough surveys to get paid. |
| Phone number | Optional at sign-up. I would not share it. |
| Ads | Ads everywhere on the platform, and pages of offers during sign-up |
| Support | A contact form. Readers say they only got an automatic FAQ reply. |
Is iSurveyWorld legit and safe?
iSurveyWorld is not a scam in the sense that you can earn, and I have heard from people who were paid. But it has big flaws, and several readers report payout problems. Here is what you should know before you join.
- Reader reports of payouts that did not arrive
Several readers reached the $25 threshold, but the payment stayed pending, never reached PayPal, or was removed from their account. Some were paid only after writing to ask. The reports are from 2019 to 2021.
- Hard to reach a person
Readers say the contact form only sends back a standard FAQ reply, and repeated emails get no answer.
- Promotional offers everywhere
Below the sign-up form, during sign-up and in the survey list, you see offers it gets paid to promote. Some are legit, others are not worth your time, and some links lead to spam offers that ask for your personal information.
- Do not share your phone number
You can fill in your phone number when you join, but it is not required. With this many promotions, I would not share it.
- Few surveys in many countries
iSurveyWorld does not say who gets surveys. In some countries, you never get enough surveys to reach $25.
My takeThe biggest flaw of iSurveyWorld is that you are bombarded with so many promotional offers, and even in the survey section it is difficult to spot the surveys. I know that is how they make money, but it is really bad for the user experience. Several readers also report payout problems. I think you are better off with the best survey sites in your country.

Paid surveys are the only real way to earn. The rest of the site points you to other sites and offers. Tap one to read more.
Paid surveysFew, by country
When you log in, you see the available surveys, if there are any. Not all of them are actual surveys. Many are promotional offers where iSurveyWorld gets paid to get you to sign up for other sites.
How many surveys you get depends a lot on your country. Where I live, I hardly ever get any. You should not expect too many surveys from iSurveyWorld.
List of top survey sitesNot useful
iSurveyWorld shows a list of survey sites, many of them good sites. But you get no information to help you choose, and the links do not always work. Some send you back to iSurveyWorld, others to a spam offer where you fill in personal information to supposedly win a big prize.
The list is not updated either. It still lists Vindale Research, which closed down a long time ago. If you join, stick to the paid surveys.
Joining bonus$5
You get a $5 joining bonus. Few survey sites give a bonus this size. It is a nice start, but you are still far from the $25 threshold.

How much can you make?
Not much in most countries. The $5 joining bonus is a good start, but you need $25 before you can cash out. That takes patience, and in some countries it is more or less impossible.
With the low number of surveys I get, I would never reach the threshold. In Argentina, Brazil, Australia, Canada, Spain, the UK and the US, you get the most surveys, so there it is possible to reach $25 eventually.
How you get paid
| Method | Minimum | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | $25 | The only payout method. Several readers report payments that stayed pending or did not arrive. |
If you want survey sites that pay through PayPal with a lower threshold, see the top survey sites that pay via PayPal.
What 30 readers told me
This review has 30 comments since 2018: 15 from readers and 15 replies from me. These are the things readers write about most.
Readers who reached $25 write that the payment stayed pending, never reached PayPal, or was removed from their account, and that support did not reply.
One reader was paid a few times in 2019 and 2020, sometimes only after writing to ask for it.
Completed surveys came up as “Transaction does not exist” or expired before the reader reached the minimum.
Readers who read the review chose to stay away because of the offers and ads.
“I took surveys and reached payment threshold. Processed payment longer than a month ago but they won’t send payment. I emailed them several times but no reply.”
Mikael: Thanks for sharing your experiences about this. As you can see in the review, it is definitely also not a site I recommend joining.
“I have used this site a lot more since my previous comment and have been paid, they usually take a while and sometimes I have had to write and ask them again for the money including the date off redemption.”
Mikael: Thanks for the update. Great to hear you got paid even though you had to write them to get your earnings.
“I used them for 2 years every day and there is no way to get the 25 usd due to the different number of strategies that they use”
Mikael: Thanks for sharing. This is also the reason I made this review to let people know what they can really expect as it is not as great as they want you to believe.

If you have any comments, questions, or experiences with iSurveyWorld, I would love to hear from you in a comment below.
They do have the same address though, I had a look a while ago.
iSurveyWorld does not show an address on their website as far as I am aware. Or at least I have not been able to find it.
Also they are part off SSI stable Ithink but they won’t own up to them because they get survey answers for nothing.
They might have SSI surveys but they are not a part of that company.
They removed money from my account and refused to pay me this after paying me for 2 years. Haven’t’ had anything from them since COVID came last year my advice forget them I wouldn’t waste my time anymore.
Sorry to hear this. But thanks for sharing your experiences.
Complete scam
I used them for 2 years every day and there is no way to get the 25 usd due to the different number of strategies that they use
Suggest that you report them to google for placing their ads in a fraud website… I did.
Thanks for sharing. This is also the reason I made this review to let people know what they can really expect as it is not as great as they want you to believe.
iSurveyWorld is definitely a scam, even if the user reach threshold of $25, he still need to be on the mercy of the team to confirm the earnings. If luckily after waiting for months the earnings are confirmed, the redeem requests will either not be submitted or will never be credited to your PayPal.
There is no customer service contact number and the Contact Us button will automatically send you the standard FAQ response back to your mail ID.
No human (mark it NO HUMAN) will ever contact you back even after your repeated emails to their support ID.
The site has not been updated since 2013 (iSurvey World portal ‘2013 iSurveyWorld.com All rights reserved.’), you can imagine how serious are the people who run this website/ company.
Good Luck with your time and efforts!!!
Thanks for sharing your experiences about this.
I know people that have been paid by iSurveyWorld so it seems they sometimes do pay. But as you can see in my review, I definitely do not think it overall is worth it compared to so many other sites. And not getting any customer service is definitely a big minus.
Thanks for sharing
I fully agreed with you. There is NO HUMAN ro contact and I faced the same problem as you. I reached over $25 but still didnt get my payment. I considered this as A SCAM TOO too.
Sorry to hear that Lissa. But thanks for sharing it so others can see.
I took surveys and reached payment threshold. Processed payment longer than a month ago but they won’t send payment. I emailed them several times but no reply. This is very unethical and unprofessional. It uses people to make money but won’t pay to people who spend a long time on surveys. Obviously Isurveyworld is scammer.
Thanks for sharing your experiences about this.
As you can see in the review, it is definitely also not a site I recommend joining.
I had a lot of successful surveys that expired before I accrued the minimum amount to claim, and it is difficult to earn with this site. They are impossible to contact, and my amount pending never seems to alter even when I conclude long surveys. I intend to unsubscribe.
Thanks for sharing your experiences about this. In my experience, iSurveyWorld is not a good site compared to many others. Many others have better options and higher rewards.
I have $25 in my Isurveyworld account and not getting paid it has been saying it is pending for a month now and if you try to send email it says it says email does not exist so annoying as it took me months to get to $25
Sorry to hear that. But thanks for sharing so others can see what to be aware of.
I have used iSurveyworld and got paid once. Now any survey I complete comes up as Transaction does not exist but they keep sending me surveys I keep complaining they are not adding the amounts to my total they ignore it. Will ignore their emails too from now on.
Thanks for sharing your experience Fay. Sounds like a good idea to just block their emails.
Mikael
I have used this site a lot more since my previous comment and have been paid, they usually take a while and sometimes I have had to write and ask them again for the money including the date off redemption. I have redeemed aroudn once or twice a year since 2019.
Thanks for the update. Great to hear you got paid even though you had to write them to get your earnings.
Looks like this site doesn’t like the fact I’ve been paid around $150 now after errors appearing when I redeemed the redemption was removed yet they refuse to fix up the account.
I’ve got over $50 in the Rewards area and after numerous emails to help me actually redeem because somehow the rewards button doesn’t light up I still cannot redeem.
Thanks for the update. Sorry to hear you again are having problems getting your earnings from them. Seems like it might be better to just focus o other sites instead for you?
Thanks for the warning! I think I’ll steer clear of isurveyworld! I’m glad I read your review.
The cons for this survey company seem to outweigh the joining bonus. I hate getting bombarded with ads after signing up for something!
Honestly, I’ve tried to make some money with paid surveys with very little success. How have you made money with paid surveys?
It seems like it takes a ton of time to fill out the survey for just a few dollars. I’d love to know your tips for earning with paid surveys.
Hi Melinda,
The key to make money with paid surveys is first of all to join the right survey sites for your country.
And then it is also important to remember that paid surveys is not a way to get rich or to make a full-time income. With the right expectations and by joining the best sites, you can make some really nice extra cash.
You can also check out my article about the keys to success with paid surveys for more tips.
All the best,
Mikael
I’ve done surveys for a lot of platforms over the years, but this is the first time I’ve come across iSurvey World.
Man, this one sounds like a total scam. I came across a platform like this some time ago that did the same thing, but I can’t remember the name of it now.
So basically they’re just sending you to scammy offers to try and get your details or something. Forget that. I’m glad I read your review and didn’t just happen to join this place.
Hi Darren,
Yes it seems like the site is meant to just direct you to spammy offers. I clicked more or less all the links on the site to test it, and I did not find one single link that took me to what it said it would.
So definitely I site I would recommend NOT to waste your time on.
All the best,
Mikael
Since I wrote last June, ISurveyWorld have paid me twice now they eventually paid me for the one I mentioned in my last post and have been paid again since then. I now have another payment pending.
As for the links on the site I’m already a member off the survey sites they recommend so have never clicked on the links they have up. I guess I will have to keep my fingers crossed they still pay but most of the survey they offer are similar to other sites so will wait and see.
That is great to hear Fay. Thanks for sharing this update. Good to know it actually pays even though it might not be as smooth as on other sites.
