I tested Earn Haus to see if it is worth your time. It is legit, and it pays a decent amount per survey, but there are not many surveys and the site is awkward to use. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.
Legit, but few surveys and nothing special
A decent amount per survey and a $5 cashout. Few surveys, an annoying dashboard, and only four countries.

The short answer
Earn Haus is legit. You can really earn from the surveys you answer, and you can cash out from $5.
But there are not a lot of surveys, even in the US, UK and Canada, and getting to the dashboard is quite annoying. It does not offer anything special to warrant your time. Several readers report surveys that kicked them out or did not pay.
- Offers convenient payout methods, such as PayPal
- Relatively low payout threshold: $5
- A decent amount per survey
- Mobile-friendly website
- Limited earning opportunities
- Getting to the dashboard is quite annoying
- Only available in the US, UK, Canada and Australia
- No mobile app
My experience with Earn Haus
I signed up for Earn Haus and tried to earn from its surveys. I also looked at its dashboard, payout options and support. This is what I did myself, and what I did not test.

Is Earn Haus legit and safe?
Yes, Earn Haus is legit, because you can really earn from the surveys you answer. But that does not mean you should sign up right away. Here is what you should know.
- There are few surveys
There are not a lot of surveys, even in the US, UK and Canada. Do not be alarmed if it says there are no opportunities now. Check back later.
- Readers report surveys that did not pay
Several readers wrote that they were kicked out of surveys or did not get paid for surveys they finished. Earn Haus connects you to outside survey providers, so you often land on a different website while you answer.
- The dashboard is hard to reach
When you log in, you first land on its blog. Click Back to Home, then Earn, to reach the surveys. There is also no way to log out, which I found weird.
- Only four countries
You could once join from anywhere. Now it is only available in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, and you must be at least 18.
My takeIn my opinion, Earn Haus is not a bad survey site. However, it is not that good either. It does not offer anything special to warrant your time. It also does not help that there are not a lot of surveys, and getting to the dashboard can be quite annoying.
Earn Haus has few surveys. The top sites in your country give you more ways to earn.
See the best sites in your countryHow you earn on Earn Haus
There is only one way to earn: paid surveys.
Paid surveysTypically $2 to $3 each
Log in to the dashboard. You first land on the blog: click Back to Home, then Earn, to reach the surveys. Earn Haus does not run its own surveys. It connects you to various survey providers, so you are taken to a different website when you answer.
Each survey shows its reward and the estimated time. Click one, and you first answer qualifying questions. If you do not qualify, move on to the next survey. If you qualify, you answer the survey, and the reward goes to your Earn Haus balance.
How many surveys you get depends on your country. In my experience, the US, UK and Canada have more surveys than smaller countries. But there are not a lot, even there.
How much can you make?
It depends on how many surveys you can complete, and that depends on where you live.
A typical survey pays $2 to $3 and takes 5 to 10 minutes, which is a decent rate, in my opinion. Some surveys pay more, but they also take longer.
Overall, its earning potential is not that great, because there are so few surveys.
Payout methods and minimum
| Method | Minimum |
|---|---|
| PayPal | $5 |
| Venmo | $5 |
| Digital gift cards | $5 |
| Cash App | $5 |
| Direct deposit | $5 |
Once you have earned at least $5, you can withdraw via PayPal, Venmo, digital gift cards, Cash App or direct deposit. PayPal payouts typically arrive within 15 minutes.
The payment system is relatively straightforward, and I like that it offers convenient methods. For more sites like this, see the top sites that pay via direct bank transfer.

If you have any comments, questions, or experiences with Earn Haus, I would love to hear from you in a comment below.
Ive twice tried to get paid a $15 reward card. I’ve received nothing. Supposedly earned over
$30 .
Thanks for sharing your experiences.
Surveys are damn near impossible to do, I either don’t qualify or I get kicked out halfway through. What do I have to do to take a survey, lie about my age, gender, job, or ethnic background. This site is a borderline scam to me.
I have an article about how to qualify for surveys here.
But, as I explain in the review above, there are many better places to take surveys than on Earn Haus, in my experience.
I signed up for Earn Haus last week and am totally stuck at $3.00. I have started surveys only to be kicked back to the Earn Haus site. I would not recommend this one..
Thanks for sharing your experiences.
I signed up for Earn Haus this morning. I have taken ~6 surveys and all have ended with the vendor NOT paying me. Between time spent signing up and taking surveys I reckon I have wasted ~4 hours of my life. And I now feel I need to get identity theft protection.
Sorry to hear that but thanks for sharing your experiences.
I just did the same, signed up this morning at about 5:00 a.m. and I have been doing surveys all morning. It is currently 10:14 and I was able to cash out $8.67. I redeemed the money via Google Play gift card. You just have to answer truthfully and not blow through the surveys too quickly. That is grounds for disqualification, and that might be why you aren’t getting payouts
Obviously you are going to get scam calls and emails because you are actively selling your personal data to third parties for pennies on the dollar. I wouldn’t be too worried about anyone stealing your identity though. If you are worried about giving away your personal info to survey sites then maybe you should find a different side hustle
Can Nigerians applyi
I explain everything in the review above. There is even a section called “Who can join” where you can read where it is available.
That reply took more to write than a yes or no, and is condescending to Nkemdilim Obianwu
I disagree. I am trying to help people, and it is only possible to succeed online if you can take in information and actually look for information and that is why I reply like this when the info asked about is clearly right above where the question is asked. I am more than happy to help people and I spend A LOT of time every single day answering questions and helping people both here and on my YouTube channel. If people want to succeed, they need to at least look at the information before asking questions. After that, I welcome all questions and feedback. Hope this clarifies it.
