I checked out e-Research Global to see if its surveys are worth your time. It is legit and pays automatically through PayPal, but there are few surveys, especially outside the US, UK and Canada. Below is what I found, and which sites I recommend instead.

e-Research Global is legit. It does pay you for completing surveys. On paper it looks promising: anyone can join, and it pays automatically through PayPal once you reach the amount you choose, from $2.
But there are not always surveys available, and how many you get depends on where you live. The website is outdated and there is no app. It lacks the potential to become one of your main survey sites.

I signed up for e-Research Global and went through the member dashboard, the payment settings, the mobile site and the support options. This is what I looked at, and what I did not test.

Is e-Research Global legit and safe?
Yes, e-Research Global is legit. It does what it claims to do and pays for completed surveys. But that does not make it a good opportunity to earn. Here is what you should know.
- There are often no surveys
There are not always surveys available. Members on SurveyPolice mostly comment that they do not get enough survey offers. You are notified by email when there is a survey for you.
- Where you live decides what you get
The surveys are geotargeted, so the offers are not equal in every country. You might receive more offers in the US or Canada than in Asia.
- You will not qualify for every survey
Each survey starts with qualifying questions. If you do not belong to the group the survey targets, it stops there.
- Outdated website, long surveys
The website design is quite outdated and not very user-friendly. The surveys tend to be long, which is uncomfortable on a phone, so I recommend a computer.
My takeOn paper, e-Research Global looks quite promising. It offers a convenient payment method, and you can set the payout threshold to suit you. But its limited earning opportunities are the main drawback. It can be a decent secondary site if you live in a country with plenty of survey offers. If you live somewhere else, there are plenty of other survey sites with better earning potential.

Paid surveysMain earner
After you register, you see the available surveys on the Member Surveys tab of your dashboard. There are not always surveys, but you get an email when there is one.
When you click a survey, you first answer qualifying questions. If you qualify, you go on to the real survey. If not, the process stops there and you can try another survey, if there is one.
The surveys are geotargeted, so some countries get more offers than others. If there are few surveys in your country, it takes a long time to earn a decent amount.
Referral program$0.10 per survey
Share your referral link. You get $0.10 every time one of your referrals completes a survey worth $1.00 or more.
It does not take much effort, but other survey sites have better referral programs that pay more. With few surveys in many countries, do not expect to earn much from it.
How much can you make?
It depends on how often you receive survey offers, how many surveys you complete and how much each one pays. The lack of surveys is the main drawback of the site.
In reality, the earning potential depends entirely on where you live. In the US or Canada, you might receive more offers than in Asia. There is no guarantee you will earn a lot from this site.

Every survey you complete adds a set amount to your e-Research Global account. You choose your payment amount during registration, and you can change it anytime. For example, if you set it to $2, the site automatically pays you through PayPal once your account reaches $2. It is a very convenient method, in my opinion.
