You earn DEFIT tokens for exercise, but only while you have energy, and the token is worth little.

DEFIT Move to Earn is legit, because it really rewards you for walking, running and cycling. But that does not make it an app worth using.
You only earn tokens while you have energy, which refills slowly over time. The DEFIT token is also worth very little. In my opinion, it is not worth your time. If you want to earn by exercising, the top fitness apps are a better start. For more money, the top survey and GPT sites in your country are better.

Is DEFIT Move to Earn legit and safe?
Yes, DEFIT Move to Earn is legit, because it really rewards you for exercise. But legit does not mean it is worth your time. Here is what you should know.
- The energy system limits what you earn
You only earn DEFIT tokens while you have energy. Energy refills over time. If you have no energy, the movement you do earns nothing, also with a fitness watch.
- Energy drinks cost money
You can buy an energy drink to refill energy instantly. That means spending money to earn a token that is worth very little.
- Connect only a fresh crypto wallet
You can connect a crypto wallet to the app. I do not recommend doing that right away. If the app gets hacked, your wallet might be compromised. Use a fresh wallet, or one with very little crypto in it.
- The referral program is unclear
The app says referral rewards come in USDC, but its built-in wallet only stores DEFIT and Polygon tokens. It does not explain how you withdraw referral rewards.
My takeIn my opinion, DEFIT Move to Earn is not worth your time. It has a low earning potential because of the energy system it uses. If it weren’t for that, then maybe the earning potential would be a bit better.
DEFIT pays very little for your exercise. The top sites in your country have much better earning potential.

ExercisingOnly while you have energy
You earn DEFIT tokens for walking, running and cycling. You can do this in two ways.
First, you can let the app use your location. It uses it to work out the distance, your speed and the type of activity. This means you always have to bring your phone.
Second, you can connect a fitness watch, such as Garmin, FitBit or Apple Watch. Then you earn without your phone, even when you are just out and about.
The same rule applies to both: you only earn while you have energy. Energy refills over time, or you can buy an energy drink to refill it instantly.
Referral programUnclear
You invite people with a QR code that you can share. The app says you get commission rewards in USDC, but its wallet only stores DEFIT and Polygon tokens.
So it is not clear how you withdraw referral rewards. I did not test it, because DEFIT is not something I would recommend to my friends.
How much can you make?
You will not earn a lot from DEFIT. It takes a long time to earn enough tokens to withdraw, because you need energy to keep earning.
Even if you let it run in the background with a fitness watch, it still takes a lot of time. And the DEFIT token is worth very little, so even when you reach the withdrawal minimum, you do not earn a significant amount.

Make sure you have earned enough to cover the gas fee before you withdraw. The payout is straightforward if you are used to crypto. If you are new to crypto, it takes some time to get used to.
