Boints is an Android app that rewards you for playing mobile games, offers and more, with PayPal payouts and no threshold. I tested it to see if it is worth your time. Below is what I found, and which sites I would pick first.

Boints looks like a legit app, because you can really earn from it. It pays through PayPal, and you do not need to reach a threshold to withdraw.
But the rewards are quite low: 1,000 points is $0.01, and most offers and surveys pay around 10,000 to 20,000 points. It takes a long time to earn a decent amount. Boints is not a bad app, but it gives you no real reason to use it.

Is Boints legit and safe?
Boints looks like a legit app, because you can really earn from it. But that does not make it worth your time. Here is what you should know.
- The points are worth very little
1,000 points is $0.01, so you need 100,000 points for $1. Big numbers, like a 100,000-point tournament prize, look like a lot but are not.
- Tournaments pay only the top 10
You only get a reward if you are among the top 10 scorers when a tournament ends. Otherwise you earn nothing for the time you played.
- Open games from the app
Always open a game from the My Games section of Boints, not from your phone’s menu. Otherwise Boints cannot track your progress.
- Check you have the right app
Boints only works on Android. The App Store has an app with the same name, but it is not the same app.
My takeBoints is not a bad app, in my opinion. However, it also doesn’t give you any reason to use it and the main reason why is the low earning potential it offers. It will take quite a long time before you can earn a decent amount from it.
How you earn on Boints

Playing mobile gamesFixed reward per level
Boints works with a popular provider called Playtime for its featured games. Pick a game, install it from the app store, and it shows up in the My Games section of Boints. Always open the game from there, so Boints can track your progress.
You earn a fixed reward for reaching a specific level. When Boints launched, it paid per minute you played, with fewer rewards the longer you played. With the current system, you know exactly when you can stop and move on to the next game.
There is a decent number of games, and some of them are fun.
Paid offers10,000 to 20,000 points
Offers ask you to play other mobile games, answer surveys, watch videos or sign up for free trials. Playing other games is the most common. Follow every instruction, or you will not complete the offer and earn the reward.
TasksSmall bonus
Tasks work as a daily checklist: play a number of games, complete a number of offers or get a number of referrals. There are not a lot of tasks, so it is not the best way to earn.
TournamentsTop 10 only
Play a specific mobile game and be among the top 10 scorers when the tournament ends. The most you can win is usually around 100,000 points. Tournaments last a number of days, and if you do not end up among the leaders, you earn nothing.
Referral program10% commission
Share your referral link. When your friend installs the app and registers, you get a 10% commission every time they earn. It only works if the people you invite are really interested in earning from the app.

How much can you make?
It takes a long time to earn a decent amount from Boints, because the rewards are quite low. Most offers and surveys pay around 10,000 to 20,000 points, which is only around $0.10 to $0.20.
The rewards can vary by country, but I do not expect a big difference. So its earning potential is very low. You have to invest a lot of time to earn a decent amount.
